He literally says at the beginning that he isn't the leader only the founder. This is typical of the American government, they take a long time to react but when they do they like to make example. For those who say, what about Antifa? Antifa is not organized in almost any fashion, but a banner picked up at various times to resist fascists violently. It I think rather helps the fascists undermine the rule of law and gives excuse for emergency powers of martial law which are critical for fascists. But the way to keep the antifascists in check is to make sure the fascists don't get too far, the government is concerned about over polarization causing domestic violence and terrorism spiraling out of control.
