Self preservation is one of the strongest instincts.

No. I'm telling you you have no idea if they are or are not prepared to die - you claim they are not, but have no support for that claim.

Not sure your point. My thought is that practical prepping is being ready for relatively probable events. I live in hurricane country. There's a relatively good chance (and historically, in my local happens about every 20 years on average) that I will be stuck in a situation without power or communications for a couple of weeks. Makes sense to be ready for the first three days, as FEMA recommends.

I try to be ready for my death as well. That's what life insurance (for my family) and church are about.

That's the real prep school and there's no last day of school or graduation.

Why of course they are. The point of prepping is to prepare (build a bunker, get food and water, etc) , so you don't die. ;)

Being prepared to survive a bad situation that might happen is not mutually exclusive with being prepared for a bad situation that will inevitably happen.

Perhaps you don't understand the difference between "personal experience" and "support for that claim". The only claim I'm making is one of personal experience.

And you have no idea whatsoever if your claim is accurate in any way.

No more or less than you. What is your personal experience, if any, on this matter?
Why did you take a personal offense? That is very curious to be.

And yet you keep saying they aren't prepared to die.

    Either way:
You have no idea whatsoever if your claim is accurate in any way.
