    So, when asked for a precise definition, to narrow it down to something meaningful, you give ten different links saying ten different things. Imagine my surprise. Your first link comes right out of the gate saying that alt-right is "ill-defined", making it easy for people such as yourself to apply it to whoever you want to demonize. However, your NYT article begins with, "The alt-right is not a large movement", proving that your paranoia is unfounded, and that there isn't a Nazi behind every bush.

    Nobody denied that "some of the alt right are racist". People who create such strawmen have no business lecturing others about "factual matters"

    fifthofnovember failed to put his strawmaan comment in #27 in context: I have provided ten uncontested links proving that the alt-right exists, that it is significant, that it is right wing, and that some members are racist. All denials basically are "nuh hu" comments.

    DentalFloss must not have read the ten links on the alt right and racism in #29.

    Well, duh. But this idea of a right wing progressive doesn't seem to be backed up by any of your links.

    Yeah, right wing progressives who want Big Government to build walls, invade other countries, enforce segregation, so forth and so on, are, yes, PROGRESSIVES.

    Progressivism has right, center, and left wing groups that want BIG GOVERNMENT to make economic, politic, governmental, social, and cultural changes on their behalf.

    In your very own article she said she was just joking. She wasn't making a serious point. When you guys hang on every joke she makes and makes a huge fuss about them, I can only conclude there is some hidden love in there somewhere. It was a dumb joke since she did misquoted the constitution, but it was just a joke and she never said she wants to run for president before age 35.

    “Although we’ve been joking that because the Equal Rights Amendment hasn’t been passed yet, the Constitution technically says he cannot run unless he’s 35. … So what we’ll do is we’ll force the Republican Party to pass the Equal Rights Amendment by threatening to run for president.”

    What makes it significant? As in it exists or are they significant in that there are a lot of them? Because most people that represent themselves as Republicans are for more to the center then to the right. From what i can see if you say you support any conservative position then people here will call you a altright racist and if you say you support any progressive position some people here will call you a commie or socialist alt left fascist.
