Which braying ass would be your 1st & 2nd pick... & why? For non Dems this involves some 'strategery' as one can choose -
~ The one most likely to loose to trump
~ The least dileterious to our nation if Trump looses
I think many of us Cons are genuinely curious about the Dem constituencies rational behind their picks as well

    upload_2019-2-3_23-6-2.png
Iowa Democratic voters look to have a wide range of candidates to choose from in next year’s caucuses. Those who will or might be in the field are, clockwise from top left, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker, John Hickenlooper, Julian Castro, Kirsten Gillibrand, Beto O’Rourke, Tulsi Gabbert, Pete Buttigieg, John Delaney, Michael Bloomberg and Sherrod Brown.

My first pick has got to be for Castro as I find him rather 'dim' & dull to listen to - not in the least compelling to likely Dem voters.

Second pick is for Gabbard / Beiden. I find them both (albeit not their politics) delightful and compelling. Gabbard has actual real world work / military experience in life & is likely to grow into the role of POTUS with her characteristic vigor. Biden is representative of the 'old guard' & not nearly as rabidly left as the new socialists entering into the party. (What think U)

Biden would be the safest pick, I thought he was the most qualified when he first ran against Obama.

After 8 years of slaving under Obama however his more moderate views may have changed.

The democratic party is a party of hate now so anyone who wants to run under their banner must behave like that or the DNC will pick someone else.

I dunno, this topic can't be as toxic as it appears... It has to be my use of donkey & ass, lol. I wonder if it's fear of the mods, though it's not a personal attack... hmm? Just musing out loud here...

I guess none really care about the gathering circus on the left, pea cocking around with their platitudes... O & a lot of apologies lately. Interestingly Pocahontas is sorry about taking the DNA test but not the decades of poser deceit. Guess I'll link it here, lol. https://www.cnn.com/videos/politics...020-presidential-bid-apology-tour-tsr-vpx.cnn
I think some of the others are about them upholding the law, yeh horrendous stuff like that (since defying the law is 'the thang O late')
So, I'm bored conversing w/ myself...

Uncle Joe Biden in the "Me Too" movement environment would be a disaster. He cannot keep his hands of young girls during his political stops.

A Biden/Gabbard ticket would be interesting ... and would probably win ... so the Dems probably won't run it.
About the only thing we on count on these days is that a stupid as the Republican get, the Dems will be one step behind them.

If the dems wanted to fight fire with fire they would convince Oprah to run.

A successful black woman, liberal, with insane name recognition and zero skeletons in her closet, presumably so.

Her decades of public speaking would also be a boon to her.

Haha, funny stuff I didn't know.

I think she could wiggle out of those though.

Hell, they elected Obama twice after finding out the Kenyan used to snort coke off of dead hookers in Chicago's gay bathhouses.

    Hers aren't that bad.

It will be the Democratic National Committee who will have the final say who will win the party's Presidential nomination.

Whoever hacked the DNC emails back in 2016, I sure hope they do it again in 2020 and Wikileaks is still around to publish them.

The bigger question to be asked, who will CNN give the questions to be asked during the CNN Presidential primary debates ?

Jim Acosta = fake journalist, obstructionist and a DNC operative.

Van Jones = a commie and a CPUSA operative.

Don Lemon = a gay DNC operative.

I do hope you recognized the facetiousness of my list, lol... Personally, I think Jorge Ramos should 'honorarily' be invited into the CNN cabal, come debate time...

Unless Ramos is gay or Mulatto ...I don't see him getting a gig at CNN.

For that very reason, the Republicans could run the dozen or so videos where he is caught sniffing the hair of a young girl. If he runs, the Republicans ought to make sure there is a troop of Girl Scouts in the front row of every one of Crazy Uncle Joes speeches. They are a magnet for Biden.

After what Trump was accused of (perving on underage beauty contestants), and Trump got away with it--The Biden stuff (to the extent it even exists outside of the RW Fever Swamp) Is A Non-Issue.

    Keep trying though.:bored:

Biden is old, corrupt union politics, and is certain to lose!
No appeal outside the Atlantic States.
Similar to Hillary, too much baggage.

The only one with the slightest chance of winning is still, Bernie
because he can get such diverse crowds excited.

Figure the Blue States that went Hillary will remain, Blue.
Who can convert a Red State as opposed to "preaching to the choir"?
    Bernie!

    Would Bernie be as tough
    on :flagcanada: as Trump?

    Additionally....

DNC apparently likes the the more "efficacious route"; TX for example, between non-stop demographic shifting & voter fraud It's only a matter of time before it is a blue state, lol.

1.) I think Kamala Harris would be the most likely to lose, because she seems about as likeable as a rabid dog.

2.) Joe Biden would be the least problematic if he actually won.

Can we all sort of agree that despite officially entering the race, 'there is no there there' when it comes to Warren's viability?

For those that don't see Beiden as being a damn formidable candidate. Just remember his popularity ratings (despite all his 'foot in mouths' & wandering hands). He's quite charming imho. For instance, how could a serious candidate have this bit of 2nd A wisdom just roll off his back, probably garnering more likability chits than not. I'm a state level 2A activist, in and out of my State House regularly, & I even forget to Not give him a pass, lol.

    FYI

Biden does not do well in the West or Rocky Mountain States.
So he could lose some of the Pacific Blue and not Convert a Rocky Mountain Red State.
Maybe because of less Union control out West.
His surviving son having an overpaid job at Ukrainian Oil, Inc. could work against him too.
    Too much insider profiting.

    Biden would certainly lose!

It was a harsh learning curve for me, lol; 12ga is just too much even w/ reduced loads. I'm getting ok with my 28 gauge for skeet now though. :)

Please link us to your YouTube channel where you demonstrate
the perils of the 12 ga even with reduced loads, and skeet shoots too.

    :)

Read me now and believe me later
Too many candidates is going to spread resources too thin and
create animosity as some second tier candidate mouths off
    against a top tier candidate.
There needs to be a smoked filled room to reduce the number.
    Probably won't happen.

Hey we... (oops, not a Repub) worked it out w/ a crowded stage & it worked out OK. Well, Jeb Bush might still be seeing a shrink, but most of the others snapped out of the Trump vortex of insults; so I'm sure that the dem infighting won't draw nearly as much blood. Typically the Dems 'anoint' a candidate, perhaps they truly are living up to the denotative meaning of 'democratic' & 'liberal', Perish the thought...
