Here Is a fact, many Obstetricians refuse to perform abortions for women they are providing prenatal care to. But, if the woman, patients , life is at risk due to an untreatable problem; they will likely perform the abortion. If the Doctor refuses to perform the abortion he normally suggests Clinics where they have doctors who will do it. Many instances occur where there are complications and the woman is rushed to a hospital by ambulance. Undergoing an abortion in a clinic is more dangerous than having it at a hospital capable of handling emergencies, including surgical complications that put the woman in danger. I totally believe this story and similar stories are highly possible. Working at hospitals and nursing homes I witnessed cruel treatment of both live and dead patients. I can't stand the thought of any clinic or hospital harvesting a live fetuses organs. Do these parents sign legal authorizations? Elective abortions, in my opinion should not be performed after 8 weeks. Unless the embryo is not growing as determined by the doctor and/or lab-diagnostic test results.
