I am! I thought you figured that out when I keep referring to my activism in the second wave of feminism.. All the changes that young women have today off because of my generation fighting for their rights the same way I am grateful to the suffragettes who fought for my rights.

You previously said you DIDN'T get in because you were female, I believe the word you used was 'denied'?

Wait, in this thread it was Harvard you couldn't get into. Now it's Yale? Is more than one person using your user name?

Yes...if I couldn’t apply and compete I was denied the opportunity to go to Yale. I think you’re playing word games with me but it really doesn’t matter because history is a fact. If you were told that you can’t compete for a high-paying job because you’re too little are you not being denied the opportunity?

I couldn’t apply to Harvard or Yale or Princeton or the naval academy etc the doorwere locked to me.I’m getting a kick out of how you’re trying to make me look like I’m wrong. Maybe you think I’m a lot younger than I am. In New York City the city colleges required girls to have a higher average than boys. I got into the city colleges
You might look up title Ix

Renee's use of 'denied' is correct and any stupid denial is denied.

As I noted in the previously mentioned thread, your backstory seems to ebb and flow depending on the argument. You've apparently been denied admission to all colleges. Congratulations.

Chicks is like queer. It dates the poster. Gay is a term none of us used when i was in high school until 1956. We flat never used the term gay. We did use the term Chicks. Not sure where it comes from, but it was the then common term.

If it is not moving fast, men will mate with it. Some women are that way too.

I am still pissed that I did not have sex with Carla Mae. "Cookie" was the name most called her. She was super model hot. She had everything craved by men. i could not be with her in my car and not have some male hitting on her. I felt invisible at times. Her complaint to me was i was too cool. She meant not trying to have sex with her of course. She was passionate. i had a treasure and never took advantage. Dammit.

Carla had her photos taken by one of the famous photographers for Playboy magazine. She then was under age. Her parents gave their approval. I saw some of the professional photos. She gave me one showing her in a bikini.

She was so beautiful that though it has been 60 years since i last was with her, she still comes to mind.

It's evolution. Women are investing more in the relationship and assuming more risk.
She's the one that's going to be carrying a pregnancy and raising a baby, and the man might leave her.

Firstly, men are doing the same thing. They have unreasonable expectations. As one researcher put it, a young guy can see more hot babes in 10 minutes on the internet, than our ancestors saw in a lifetime. And he was talking about porn. This is having a huge effect on how young men view women, what they expect, what they think women like, and in a good number of cases, leads to porn-induced erectile dysfunction. They are also socially dysfunctional because they've spent a good part of their life in a dark room yelling on web sites and masturbating to hard-core porn.

We have all been brainwashed by the media to expect more than is reasonable; simply because we are constantly seeing beautiful people on TV, in the movies, magazines, etc.

That being said, I have learned that accepting the primal part of myself has been tremendously freeing. I decided I want to spend time with young, beautiful women; women who would normally be way out of my league. And I found a way to make that happen. I've been a sugar daddy for six years and have lived what many men can only dream about. But I love beauty. I find beauty absolutely intoxicating. Being with a beautiful young woman makes me feel young... no, it makes me young. And I have worked very hard to find, and have found, two wonderful, loving relationships. I have also found more happiness, more ecstasy, and have grown in ways I never could have imagined. I decided to approach love with reckless abandon. The key is that sooner or later, you have to let go. So I just accept that and plan to have my heart broke. The time we have together is worth the pain of letting go.

I decided that the joy of beauty and having only good times with a woman I care about, is worth the cost of not having a true mate.

Maybe a horrible 25 year marriage ruined me on marriage. I really don't know. But the allure of intoxicating beauty is something I'm not willing to give up. It's primal. We keep enough distance that it never gets old. We never get mad. We just have one wonderful evening after another, and have amazing sex that just keeps getting better.

The point: I refuse to play the dating game and decided to make my own rules. And sonofabitch, it worked.

I'm not clear how I'm an extremist for pointing out in the other thread it was Harvard, and this one it was Yale. And it's fascinating how all of those college disappointments are still with you even though you're now in retirement.

Whoooosh..the point going over your head. It didn’t matter if I said Harvard or if I said Yale or if I said Princeton or Dartmouth. The point was I couldn’t apply to any of them because I was a female. They weren’t college disappointments at the time because I didn’t have a raised consciousness , i internalized the reality. But I fought for women of today who take it for granted and I am so happy about it. But you see , the difference is I could have gotten into Harvard with my SAT score but It wasn’t an option . Could you have gotten into Harvard? After all you had all the options like male privilege. It wasn’t in my reality. I hope you get the point..I won’t count on it because you’re so eager to catch me in a mistake that you missed the whole point oh well!
.ps I retired from teaching but I keynote all over the country making a lot more than I did in the classroom. ..money I could never have dreamed of before the women’s movement

The best SAT scores might not get you in, but if your "father is Cuban - and in a wheelchair" ...

You've still not explained why I'm an extremist for pointing out your inconsistencies.

I take it back you are not an extremist you just can’t grasp the point that has been made so simple for you. You think because I said I couldn’t apply to Yale and then another time I said I couldn’t apply to Harvard means that I was inconsistent? Perhaps someone else can explain that point
