There is NOTHING. In the bill that directly refers to illegal aliens buying weapons. NOTHING. How hard is it to understand that. If this bill passed, ANYONE who failed a background check for subsections G and n would be liable for prosecution. ANYOne. Because being an illegal is not under subsection g or n, they would not be prosecuted even if the bill passes.

I don't have your experience with felons, so I can't say one way or the other as to the veracity of your claim.

You seem to think that someone who wants to protect the Second Amendment doesn't also want to do all or some of these things. I'm for reproductive rights, marriage equality, pollution control, but I also support limiting government to the powers granted by the Constitution. I've never voted for a Republican presidential in almost 40 years of voting. I have a degree in science.

If the Democrats would actually focus on crime control rather than "common sense" gun control, they'd likely never lose another Presidential election. That will likely not happen, though. It's why Jim Webb was the only candidate I support and I had to abstain from voting for President for the first time ever. CO was going blue regardless of my vote, though. We've been Californicated.
