    They should there is enough crime hate or otherwise that happens there is no need to fake it and all it does is further divide the country.

    I would think so.. SC has had lynch laws on the books for decades.. so they would have preceded any hate law statutes.

    As there should be. 12 detectives were working on this case, now they did a great job, but their resources and talent could have been used on real victims. The OP referred to this as a terrorist attack...I tend to agree with him now...he should be charged that way as well. Jussie is a terrorist.
