I have found a ten minute video of her. It doesn't show her in a good or bad light, just a somewhat depressed girl who claims and given her seeming honesty I would guess it was true, that she was involved in nothing but being a housewife. She was not involved in any killing, nor did she try to get anyone else to come or do anything else to promote or fight for them. She just comes over as somewhat depressed, probably traumatised ...oh and she said she got interested in Islam shortly before she left.so I do not think she went for that. Rather it appears she left for Independence as is a pretty usual adolescent move. She does kind of double talk like she will say she has only wanted to leave very recently and then she will say she does not know whether she can recover (talking about regaining her personal wellbeing, not that she is of the mind some people here project onto her.)...and she does understand that restrictions would be put on her and even that she could lose her child.

It's actually being said that because she's of Bangladesh heritage, she can apply for Bangladeshi citizenship.

If that's how the UK's treating it, then that's racist!

Yes, they're always 'helpful neighbours' and 'play football every weekend', and 'support their local sheriff', and most are just that, but how many times have they been proven otherwise, and the neighbours can't believe what they've been up to? I know nothing about this guy, and he may be everything you say; all I'm doing is stating that very often in the context things aren't always as they seem to be? This is what the radicals do - inveigle themselves into their communities, and what better 'cover' can there be than that?

I do not know but I am guessing that Bangladesh (I had thought it was Pakistan) gives automatic citizenship to the children of people who were born there and that her mother was. However I noticed them saying that she does not have a passport for there and so has never activated any citizenship she may be entitled to. She also has never lived there. I am in that position with Ireland. I am entitled to citizenship because my mother was born there even though I have never lived there. I also to date have never taken out an Irish passport which would be my proof of citizenship. I hear their attempt to force on her a citizenship she has not taken up is seen as extremely fishy and will be argued against...but basically the Coalition Government did make it law that they can strip anyone of citizenship who has in any way a dual citizenship possibly including me and her. May even tried to get it so that she could strip the citizenship of those who would be left Stateless but even that Partliament which was well up to almost everything, with very few arguing against, could not agree to acting against International Law. It would also have caused problems with countries letting Brits in if they knew they might be left there. I watched that debate.

I would be inclined to agree with you if Nawaz wasn't so vocal in his opposition to Islam. What you say is definitely a problem and one we have imported willingly, those bad trees will bear fruit over the next couple of decades. I know which side I am on!

Racist...why are you playing the race card..?? The UK is simply denying access to an unrepentant terrorist sympathiser who left the UK to join a death cult who has now acquired some arrogant, monumental entitlement complex having instigated legal actions demanding re-admittance to that same country she so detested in the first place. Racist....??

It's courageous of him to speak out like that. Would they were all like him then we'd know who are the good guys and who are the bad guys?

And no prize for guessing who'll be paying for all of this in the courts? Think 'months and months of appeals'?? Answer - not the Begum family.

Apart from blood, does she have any ties to the country the UK says she can apply for citizenship of?

Who says Bangladesh even want her?

To deny her citizenship based on the blood card is what the UK's trying to do here, and that's racist saying 'she's got other blood, go there'.

According to Donald Trump, she's going to come back to Europe anyway, because she can't stay where she is forever, and she will be freed with the other prisoners of war (that's the plan unless I'm mistaken) and well, I wonder if she'd come home in the back of a lorry through Dover?

Poor family will have their phones tapped for along time, I assure you.

    This country...

If Trump had carried it through properly and killed all the IS terrorists this wouldn't be an effing issue because she'd have been among them. If ever there was a time to heed the Lawrence of Arabia war cry to 'take no prisoners' this just has to be it.

Your bloodlust extends to killing a 19 year old girl and a baby, wow what a man!

And what makes you think she wouldn't kill you if the opportunity presented itself? She certainly knows how to, after what she's seen - and probably been taught. Like I said, only a fool wouldn't kill someone before that someone kills them? They're not playing games you know. Oh and a 19 year old female isn't a 'girl' ffs, she's a sentient woman.

Sorry I refuse to be intimidated by a stupid girl and her stupid religion, I am not going to stoop to their level. If she is that dangerous stick her in prison.

I would hope they don't want her either...based on their stance of ISIS terrorism and its sympathisers I should imagine they will kick her into touch as well.
No, they are denying an unrepentant terrorist access to the UK in order to protect people from further acts of terrorism by the very people she actively supports and condones.
Can you imagine the outcry and possible backlash against her and her family if she was to be involved in further deaths once she was brought back here! Can you imagine the level of negligent entrustment that would be heralded against the Government!
    how sad.....

She isn't anywhere near as stupid as you and most westerners think; in fact she's a lot smarter than you and I are. Do you realise how much they laugh at liberals like you. and despise you for your misplaced compassion?

So what? Do you think I care what some religious nutters think of me. Do you not get it, they want us to behave like animals to them, it suits their agenda. You lap it up and inadvertently help them with calls for "no prisoners" etc.

Do not confuse kindness for weakness. It is a mistake many have made, it is easy to pretend to be a hard, especially when you let others do the fighting.

Hyperbole aside I assume you can understand the level of vitriol that cases like this espouse. As a country we've tried to nurture and indeed champion the causes of freedom and inclusion, we've shone beacons of hope to gays, lesbians, black, greens, muslims and...whatever....you name it! The taxpayer has fed, housed, educated and provided welfare and health services to this girl's parents and hundreds of thousands of similar people in similar circumstances. And yet here we have some fatuous little girl who chose to through that in the faces of those that have paid for it and......ah fcuk it I can't be arrsed with this anymore

I think what people cannot take is that she appears to believe she was treated well in ISIS or certainly by the man she went to be with. This of course is not possible.
