Fox is reporting that the prosecutor who was on the case has now recused herself. The question is why now? Why not 3 weeks ago when she became the prosecutor. When a prosecutor recuses themselves they don't announce why.....but why. They are saying the "rumour" is she has some distant relative with Smollett, well then she should have recused herself long ago. If it is for political reasons, he is popular in the area and she doesn't want to do it, she's not doing her job. Curious as to why.

Actually no I didn't. Did this only happen in the last 24 hours? No media has reported it as a confirmed hoax as far as I'm aware.
