As I predicted, 16 states, led mostly by Open Border Democrats and the Radical Left, have filed a lawsuit in, of course, the 9th Circuit! California, the state that has wasted billions of dollars on their out of control Fast Train, with no hope of completion, seems in charge!​

Sixteen states are led by the "radical left?" Geez, when was the last time Trump heard from his brain?

 

Just as Trump predicted... Judge shopping in the 9th Circuit.

Too bad it won't affect the current construction that is being rolled out in sequence.

 

I haven't had enough yet.....I'm not tired of winning.

But when the liberal REEEE REEEE is at a fever pitch, I know there's more winning coming. Thanks libs.

The wall in this specific case, yet another Trump's promise made, promise kept victory on his signature issue.

You do understand that the wall now is funded and inevitable, do you not, all these liberal states' shenanigans at their favorite uber-liberal (the most overturned by SCOTUS) 9th circuit court notwithstanding? They won't even delay the construction, Trump has enough funding to last till the case is decided by justices Thomas, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh

Plus that $ 1.375 Billion is just enough to get the wall building
going until September when another spending bill or Appropriations
will be forthcoming.So Trump was smart to sign the latest measure
to keep government open.
All the Left is Left with is their 5th Column Fake news and dopey
narratives.The same crap they pulled on the Tea Party.
But Americans are really engaged now.We the People no longer
are at the mercy of one Barack Obama and his cartoonishness.
And his Merry men in the Mainstream media.

 

Well certainly California fits that bill. And with these other states falling in goose step behind it, the claim has merit.

The wall, winning? Let's review. The idea began as a campaign trail applause line to get the minions in a lather. Few things allow a crowd to connect with their cult leader like the back and forth of Don asking, "Who's going to pay for it," and the audience obediently screaming "MEXICO." As we know, that one sucked in millions of gullible rubes.
Then we moved to the negotiation phase with Dems. Despite being offered more than the $1.4B he got on multiple occasions Individual 1 managed to screw up those offers when acting Chief-of-Staff Hannity and the Under Secretary of the Crazy Coulter raised their objections. For a guy who aspires to be "powerful and strong" Don wilts like a snowflake when the Right's talking heads accuse him of appeasement.
Now, the final act of the canard comes in the form of a farcical emergency declaration. One which the Liar-in-Chief immediately exposed as brooding over his failure as a deal maker by saying (to paraphrase), "I could take my time with this. I didn't have to do this. I just want to get it done more quickly." That quote is included in the lawsuit being brought as out of the horse's mouth (in this case the idiot's mouth) evidence of the lack of an emergency.
A majority of Americans do not think there is an emergency nor do they favor building a wall. Or in this case not really a wall, a fence. But Trumpers, they just nod, always at the ready to defend Don's next act of the con.
That's not what winning looks like. That's what putting lipstick on a pig looks like.

 

Ooops, none of the 1.375 will be spent on a wall. That was one of the conditions attached to it. That will buy trump about 55 miles of barrier/fencing. Any wall construction being done is work previously approved. Some of the work is new construction and some of the construction is repair and upgrading to existing barriers, often referred to as maintenance. Congress controls the money.

So, President Orange Oaf puts up a wall, illegals then get visas, don't leave, and get work from employers who know getting caught hiring illegals only nets a fine.

What did you win? Half of illegals here now overstayed a visa. Employers who hire them only get a fine. We'll have a $30b wall that doesn't stop drugs (we should end the insane "war on drugs," anyway) and doesn't get rid of illegals.

The Orange Oaf can still hire them for his golf resorts and hotels.

 

They won't, little do you know, it's next to impossible to secure a US visa for people who are profiled to overstay it and remain in the country illegally. The burden of proof is on the applicant... it's been the State department practice for decades, millions are rejected every year because they aren't unable to prove that they are planning to return home.

I won the other half. Cutting illegal immigration in half will entitle Trump to a prominent place on mount Rushmore. A wall stopping half of illegal immigration will pay for itself in 3 months.

 

The so-called "open border lefties" aren't running the Democratic Party. That's absurd.

What bothers me is both parties aren't putting a stop to illegal immigration. Trump is pulling the wool over his supporters' eyes.

 

Not even California Democrats advocate open borders.

 

"Mexico will pay for it ... Just kidding ...".

Seems like the only winners here are the Mexican government.
