Ummm . . . even as you typed that, leftists around the world are equating Trump with White Supremacy and the EVIL Right of Center. Although leftists ALWAYS want things both ways, the reality of life is that this seldom in fact occurs.

The collective Left cannot paint Trump as the leader of a faux White Supremacy Movement while simultaneously saying the the Right and Trump are not synonymous since the Left has already firmly welded together White Supremacy with what it MEANS to be Right of Center and thus who and what Trump really is inside their leftist and weirdly bumble bees infested brain pans.

that's exactly what it is. if you can get married under the same laws as an opposite-sex couples you are equal. If not you'll have to show me how states are getting around the 14th Amendment.

I'm sorry I don't see it. I knew Democrats think of these minority groups should be there little pets because they give them treats.
if you can get married which you can then that is equality.
and Justice Kavanaugh was supposed to be against abortion to turns out that was a lie.

if a couple is permitted marriage at all the benefits thereof your equal its over the fight is finished you have won.

I mostly agree except I think most of her motivation is her massive need for attention.

She says it's because of racism, sexism, and Fox News.

Apparently NY State houses a number of racists, sexists and fans of Fox News.

Is she going on the same Blame Game Tour that Hilla went on after the election? You'd think she's remember how well that worked for Clinton.

Umm, I was not speaking for the 'collective left' I typed that post without consulting the 'collective left'. Heck, I did not even cc them a copy via email. The percentage those who are right of center in this country who also hold white supremist views would not even reach 10%.

She won a primary against an incumbent. She won a seat in the House.

You have a strange definition of loser.

This is what I wrote; "the refusal to condemn same sex marriage is not the same as embracing or advocating for same sex equality." Trump never embraced or advocated for same sex equality. His earliest statement was in 2000 when he said the institution of marriage should be between a man and a woman. In 2011 he said " "I just don't feel good about it," Trump said. "I don't feel right about it. I'm against it, and I take a lot of heat because I come from New York. You know, for New York it's like, how can you be against gay marriage? But I'm opposed to gay marriage."
Here is what he said in the 2016 campaign. “It has been ruled upon. It has been there. If I’m elected I would be very strong in putting certain judges on the bench that maybe could change things, but they have a long way to go. I disagree with the court in that it should have been a states’ rights issue.”, When Wallace pressed Trump, asking whether he would specifically choose justices who are dedicated to overturning Obergefell, Trump replied, “I would strongly consider that, yes"

To this day he is an opponent of same sex equality and will work to get Obergefell overturned.

No idea what same sex equality is. Marriage is by definition equality for same sex couples. Agreement with it or not it's not relevant.

Obama, bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, John Kerry all directly said they did not support it with no need to interpret into it some deeper meaning. Trump says it makes him feel a certain way. I never heard him say as a president or a candidate that marriage should be between a man and a woman. I heard everybody I listed just above utter that phrase.

Every Democrat candidate that has run for president in my life stated that they think marriage should be between a man and a woman. The Bushes as well. Trump was the only one I've never heard make that statement.

You can rationalize and try and Jerrymander in your interpretation of Trump's words, but you can't place them into his mouth.

Obama, bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and Al Gore all stated it in no uncertain words.

The only one I didn't hear say it was Burnie Sanders, but he ran after the supreme Court decision.

I'm sorry you can't tell me they support my equality after they blatantly said they didn't. You can't jam their words into Trump's mouth.

If he said it in 2000, than he agreed with the majority of Democrats. I'm sorry but that is just the truth.

I remember when I first realized I was gay that Democrats weren't looking out for me. Democrats held all three beaches of government several times since then and they did absolutely squat. So I'm not thanking people who trolled gay people as long as they could for votes until the judiciary, not Democrats, finally did something.

It's not happening. You can go on believing some heartless political party gives the slightest **** about you and your rights. I'm going to continue seeing that as naive.

You're supposed to praise them daily and boost their little egos.

    They don't need my approval.

Further, government shouldn't involve itself in marriage anyway

Democrats want so bad to have credit for being open minded but not a damn one of them was. They only pretend to be after the judiciary did what they were too conniving and pathetic to do.

**** them. I'm not thanking than for ****. They routinely disparage gay people particularly homosexual men especially if they are white and not trans to this day.

They held the congressional majority more than once since I realized I was gay. Not a damn scrap of legislation come out of them to even try to make Same sex couples equal. They wanted to milk the gay people for their loyalty and never have to do anything for them, and they never ****ing did.

My apologies it just really pisses me off when somebody tries to sell me a pile of manure as though it was mount Everest.

She is a disaster, and I hope our Democrat voting friends recognize this. There is a real chance for the Democrat party to win back some supporters they just have to abandon the ultra left loonies.

"Trump's countless business successes and vast national level experience that has turned Trump into a winner. "

Do you really still believe this garbage??????

Trump has no political experience, and appears to have learned nothing in the last two years.

He didn't have "great success" in business. He pissed away the real estate empire his father left him, on a long series of bad deals, and would up working as a front man for Russian money launderers.

He did have one success. He BS's his way into a starring role in the most BS format on television, "reality" TV, where playing the buffoon and public humiliation and lowbrow taste rule. In other words, the perfect venue for the carnival barker.

:roflol: Comrade Cortez really is breaking the mold then. Ms OcraZio Cortez threatened to primary 26 (D) congress-men/women who signed onto the (R)'s common sense MTR. A week later Ilhan Omar's Minnesota's DNC party elitists propose unseating Omar ... Diblasio and Cuomo are feverishly working to undo the havoc OcraZio Cortez has wrought in NY. (D)'s in NYC haven't announced they challenge Cortez for her seat, but you'd have to be very naive to think they aren't planning to.

She got into office by running against a old white guy in a mostly minority district, and with no republican opponent.
