Why aren’t we deporting illegal aliens who already have deportation orders?

Unless you're a Democrat and want millions of new Government dependent voters, this is why we need a wall. "644,488 illegal aliens remaining in our country who have already been served final deportation orders".......so much for the "honor system" of catch and release the left loves so much. I can only wonder how many of them live in sanctuary cities and states and actually vote in our elections. They come in with phony asylum claims, then like a ghost just disappear into our society without permission. In order to find illegal alien clown houses, just look for any house with 10+ cars parked on the street by it. Then watch and learn how many kids they are adding to your school system and paying for only one family's worth in property taxes.

According to the article there are more than 1 million people we need to deport. If we believe the total number of illegals in this country is around 22,000,000 then that means 1 out of every 22 illegals is at minimum a double criminal. If we are to believe the left's number of 11,000,000 than that means 1 out of 11 illegals are at minimum double criminals. Yet these are the people the left says commit less crimes than Americans.

 

Why isn't Trump deporting them?

 

Many thousands of whom are appealing their deportation based on many things. They own businesses, their entire families reside here, they would be persecuted in their home countries, etc.

What you are assuming is that these are all itinerant, uneducated, "illegals". The truth is that most of these cases that have been adjudicated are against are visa overstays, new marriages who haven't provided enough evidence of a valid marriage, or some variation.

If you care to do a little research, Visajourney.com can give you quite an education on the hows and whys of why some migrants have deportation orders but are still in this country legally.

Or, just remain ignorant of how our immigration system operates and post uneducated garbage.

If it's anything like it is here, the answer is Because it's easier for the authorities not to bother repatriating them. Bureaucrats are like electricity - they'll always take the path of least resistance.

 

I don't give a rat's ass about their alleged circumstances. If they're illegal, they should go.

Prove it. How many of the people who are subject to deportation orders came over the border illegally, but would have been stopped by a wall?

 

It will prevent more from coming in and we can devote the border resources to finding and deporting the stay overs instead of adding more.

 

Prove they wouldn't have. This is just simple common sense. China's wall has worked just fine for centuries. Unless they overstayed a temporary visa, a secure border wall will keep 99% out from the southern border. Antibiotics don't cure all infections, but get most. Maybe we should just do away with those too.

 

I suppose some of it depends on the type of visa. If its a visa that requires a sponsor, then the logical thing to do would be to go after the sponsor, a daily fine for every day the illegal alien overstays, along with a 10 year ban on any new sponsorships. Those people will find the illegal aliens and make sure they show up to be sent home...

 

The leftists just can't understand why the rest of us don't want to pay for their new voters.
