    It would aid your point if you got the facts straight. First, it is not illegal to use a personal email account to do official business, though it is usually against the rules to use an official account for personal business. Second Hillary's crimes were not that she used her personal account for government business, but her crimes were that she used a personal off-site server to transmit and receive classified information.

Hillary actually DID have her private server (at the New York Clinton mansion) protected inside a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF)! Izzat right, @bx4 ? Please tell us ALL about it, because evidently YOU are the only one who knows this.... :eyepopping:

    And as far as what Jimmy COMEY'S FBI 'found out'.... With what we know now, do you seriously believe anything that came forth from Comey, Lynch, or any of Hillary's other cover-up stooges...? :roflol:

    Her server was not protected per the government requirements. The fact that her server was behind some locked door in her house is a laughable retort. The FBI could not prove that her server was hacked -- something that is extremely difficult to prove in most cases -- but they properly surmised that it likely was hacked. The FBI also found classified information on her server.

    Any Classified Documents? Did they fail to turn them over to comply with Presidential Records Act? If not, no harm...the left's whataboutism to try and cover for what Clinton and the Obama Admin did is rather funny....Cummings releasing this highlights they are quite desperate....

    They are in compliance. Hillary was another matter altogether. She avoided FOIA by keeping a secret server for her work.

    Of course it was a secret server. No one knew where Hillary's emails were until Judicial Watch uncovered the secret server installed in Clinton's home in NY. You know, the one they 'wiped with a cloth or something".

    You really should look things up before you prove you don't know what you are talking about.

    Not only that, but there IS evidence that that the Russians and the Chinese are monitoring Trump's unsecured phone, and Kushner (who would never gotten any sort of security clearance had his father in law not ordered it) is texting on a commercial app to world leaders with no real monitoring at all. (the excuse they offered about screenshots is obvious and total BS!)

    A sizable number of your posts are either false or obviously made up.

    This is yet another one. Judicial Watch, the secretive right wing pressure group set up to "get Clinton(s)" had nothing to do with the public finding out about the Clinton server.

    The FOIA request was filed by CREW, not by Judicial Watch.

    Your claim is false, as is so often the case.

    Moreover, you Trumpsters immediate deflect to this Clinton "whataboutism" as you have been doing since 2015.

    But when we ask "what about" the widespread use of private e-mail and third party servers during the Bush White House, you pretend it didn't happen, and you excuse both Trump's much more obvious and egregious behavior, and accept his feeble and obviously false and self serving excuses.

    It's obvious where this, and so many of the inquiries about the Trump White House are going to go.

    Trump is trying the Nixon strategy of stonewalling Congress. It's just what Nixon did.

    It didn't work then. And it almost certainly won't work now.

    The best Trump can hope for is to keep the matters in the courts until January of 2021, which is his objective.

    Put ALL of them in Jail...right behind Hillary and Bill. Agreed? Thats the difference. People on the Right generally want guilty people punished, because we believe in crime and punishment. The Left forgives their own and ONLY wants to punish the enemy, because they believe in forgiveness and "feels", depending on the time of day, month, and what people identify as in that moment. Hillary didn't really identify as a crook, bypassing govt security and lying to people, so deep down, she didn't do anything wrong.

    As George Castanza says, "Its only a lie if you believe it."
