LOL, yes secret. It had to be uncovered by others. Clinton did not work on government computers to avoid FOIA requests.

If the president is unaware of his SoS email account it’s a secret. Now, we clearly know now he was lying...but the American people were unaware hence why it didn’t become public until well after she left office

If that were true, you righties wouldn't be falling all over yourselves to defend, excuse or ignore the Trump Administration's serial self dealing, lying, disloyalty, influence peddling or serial corruption.

We didn't hear a peep out of you when Devin Nunes was playing lickspittle to Trump and making his committee and its "investigation" into a sham cover for Trump.

So much for your assertion regarding righties wantong guilty people punished.

You are lied to every day by your fuhrer, and you come right back for more!

I didn't say anything about Clinton's server being secret.

You made yet another of your frequent false claims and tried to cover it up by trying to put words in my mouth.

When folks resort to childish tactics like these, lying and false mischaracterizations to support their dubious claims, their credibility is non existant, much less in question!

No matter what, if Kushner installed the unauthorized app on a govt phone, or used his personal, his clearance should be revoked or at least suspended until he clears the investigation, that would be standard procedure for anyone having a clearance.

Sorry for the length but simple straight answers do not seem to suffice.

From the Interior Department's Departmental Ethics Office:
USE OF THE COMPUTERS AND THE INTERNET
Employees may use Government computers and the internet for personal use on their personal time (before and after work; during lunch and other breaks) provided there is no additional cost to the Government. Employees may make personal purchases over the internet, provided they have the purchased item sent to a non-Government address. The following activities are absolutely prohibited on any Government owned or leased computer:
    • Gambling
    • Visiting and downloading material from pornographic websites
    • Lobbying Congress or any Government agency
    • Campaigning - political activity
    • Online stock trading activities
    • Online real estate activities
    • Online activities that are connected with any type of outside work or commercial activity, including any trading
    • Endorsements of any products, services, or organizations
    • Fundraising for external organizations or purposes (except as required as part of your official duties under applicable statutory authority and bureau policy)
    • Any type of continuous audio or video streaming from commercial, private, news, financial organizations
    USE OF DOI E-MAIL
DOI does not place any restrictions on incoming e-mail. Under current policy, employees may send out personal e-mail provided that:
    • Personal use of e-mail does not cause congestion, delay, or disruption or service to any Government system or equipment
    • Messages are not sent to more than five addresses (no mass mailings)
    • The employee does not represent himself or herself as acting in an official capacity
    • Messages do not contain partisan political messages
It is important to note that any e-mail on any DOI e-mail system may become an official record. Employees have no right to privacy for e-mail transmissions; DOI is often required to release employee e-mails pursuant to Inspector General, court, or Congressional orders.

    USE OF DOI TELEPHONES
Federal employees may use Government property only as authorized. Employees may use DOI landline telephones for personal calls when they are necessary, provide a benefit to DOI, and do not result in any additional costs to the Government. Such calls are deemed to be in the interest of the Government to the extent they enable employees to remain at their work stations, thereby increasing Government efficiency. Personal phone calls may not adversely affect the performance of official duties or the employee's work performance, must be of reasonable duration and frequency, and could not reasonably have been made during non-duty hours.

DOI cell phones may be used for personal calls only to the extent that such calls would be authorized on a DOI landline telephone and so long as no additional costs are imposed on the Government.

FYI, that is use of federal equipment for private use, not use of private equipment for federal use. Records must be kept, it is the law!!! When I was defense contractor, we had to go through annual briefings on just this issue!!!!

There is nothing illegal nor against policy per se in using private email servers or third party servers (is there any other kind???). However, it is illegal to use them for handling, sending, or receiving classified information; that was Hillary's violation of the espionage act, violation of policy, and felony. Talk about deflection.

A president holds confidential meetings with another head of state????? Really??? Say it isn't so!!!

A Commander in Chief gives a belated ho hum and directs his chief advisors to lie about a military attack on our sovereign soil that murdered an ambassador and that is supposed to be just another day at work for the American public????? A Secretary of State commits a felony by violating the Espionage Act, as attested to by the Director of the FBI, and that is a big yawn in your opinion. Just swell.

You said it is illegal to to use a personal email account to do official business,..... (#45). I am aware that the records must be maintained and become the property of the government. That also applies to doing government business on personal equipment but the enforcement is much more lax there -- which is why Hillary did much government business on her private server.

So then how did people email her?

    LOL!

Were they advised of the email address, and then “murdered”? Maybe they used the “memory wiping” device from “Men in Black”?

    “Secret “. Heh.

He shouldn’t have received clearance to begin with. It’s ridiculous to have Bonespurs’ family play acting at government. This ****ing amateur hour nonsense has to come to an end.

You missed the important part. If we watch as Democrats walk for crimes FAR worse than Trump has ever been proven of committing, then nope, punishment has to be fair. Trump should go to jail INSTANTLY for any supposed Russia collusion, but only right AFTER Bill, Hillary and Obama, since they weaponized govt agencies against political enemies. Trump has only been accused of ridiculous crap. The worst he's done is lie about **** he wants to do. Big frackng deal. EVERY president lies about what he wants to do. Obama and his staff, along with Hillary actually did it. Along with fixing the DNC primaries by committing massive election fraud. The charges were never serious and thrown under the rug in a sham investigation. It was proven she destroyed and deleted govt information and devices to cover it all yp, and all they did was toss the lame charge that she didn't mean to do it. It was a complete JOKE. If Trump ever gets caught colluding with Russia all he has to do, is the same exact thing Hillary did. Claim he "doesn't recall" doing it about 80 something times on the stand. It was a JOKE. Why even bother making her answer questions when all she has to do is not remember anything. Oh, she's innocent, she doesn't remember anything she did. She has no idea how the servers, devices and information were destroyed AFTER she was caught. Amazing her short term memory loss. Again, a total joke.

I want Trump tossed in jail IF he's guilty. But he can't possibly be guilty if Hillary and Obama aren't. That's called a Banana republic.

The law says intent is not a requirement for violating the Espionage Act by mishandling classified information -- only gross negligence. Comey simply chose to ignore that part of the law and called a big King's-X.
