While Mueller might not have been able to indict Trump he certainly could have gone after the Trump kids but he did not. ONe suspects the Barr will leave in the Dark a good chunk of the Mueller report having to do with the corrupt motives of many of the investigators on Mueller's team because that is subject of a different investigation.

 

Let's bat that around a bit. There doesn't have to be a conspiracy for Don to have obstructed justice. Ultimately, it was his decision to fire Comey. It was his decision to dangle pardons. So a conspiracy isn't necessary for a charge of obstruction. A charge Mueller may not have brought because he is following the DOJ's policy of not indicting a sitting prez.
We know for an absolute fact Don authored a misleading press release about the Tower meeting when Donnie J committed an act of treason.........according to Steve Bannon. So, the lack of sealed indictments does not tell us what you think it does.

Intent is not required by the law and even if it was everything she did was intentional. You don't accidentally buy a server, have someone set it up in your closet and then send, receive and store classified information on it. And then it went on for an extended period during which she must have been aware of it.

Here is a friendly suggestion. I have worked with classified information for over thirty five years. She clearly broke the law.
She had a server set up. That server was not certified for classified information.
That server was used to receive, transmit and store classified information. It went o for an extended period. That is against the law.
