Their teenage child is scheduled to have a sex change operation.
However, Jeannette convinced her husband that he needs to be the "Yes man," adding, "I want to have a 'farewell to penis' party."
"This is not fun," Jeannette explained. "There's nothing fun about this. But laughter is the best medicine. Jazz is having the surgery. Let's not freak out, and let's say goodbye to her old penis."
Jeannette went on to say that she doesn't want to bake a vagina cake, so it has to be a penis one. The conversation went downhill from there:

Greg: "You're gonna get a cake of a phallus, and you're gonna sit there and cut it up?"

Jeanette: "It's not gonna look like a phallus. It's just gonna look like a friendly little penis with a face."

Greg: "I will not eat that cake."

Jeanette: "What about a penis piñata? Do you like that idea?"

Greg: "I don't even know how Jazz would feel about something like this. I mean..."


They're acting like this is all one big gigantic game.
There are likely going to be some regets - some DEEP regets.
This is all like some giant cult.

Unless they were born with some kind of huge abnormality, why can't people be happy with the way they were naturally formed?
Women and men both have unique traits, beautiful and perfect in their own respective ways.

Grandma asks her castrated grandson who never went through puberty about his sexual feelings and genital surgeon Marci Bowers told him that he HAS TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO ORGASM(!). WTF??

First they prevented his puberty and sexual maturity, then they acted surprised because his penis and testicles are too small for "normal" genital surgery and now - FULLY AWARE that he never had any sexual development - they pressure him into sex and masturbation.

Of course Jazz thinks - that if he tries hard enough and get a partner - he will experience looots of orgasms.

Now you might ask: Why the hell is an orgasm so important? BECAUSE ADULTS TOLD HIM SO!

This is insane, gross and child abuse. The adults in his family either deny or don't realize what they did to him. But they know that something is wrong with Jazz.

But instead of asking themselves how a castrated boy who is taking drugs/hormones that lead to genital shrinkage, prevent puberty and kill the libido FOR YEARS could ever have a normal sexuality - they put more pressure on him.

Have sex! Get orgasms! This is totally not normal.

No one tells him the harsh truth: Puberty means sexual maturation. No sexual maturation PLUS puberty blockers PLUS hormones = no sexual function.

If I remember correctly, they put him on cross-sex hormones when he was 14, even though standard of care calls for waiting until 16 ( not that doctors involved in the gender business give a crap about standards of care). Now that he’s on cross-sex hormones without going through normal puberty, he’s permanently sterile. Testosterone can masculinize his body but I doubt his body will produce testosterone on its own at this point. I also doubt the micropenis issue is reversible.

Jazz went on hormones at 12. And he has the genitalia of a toddler, not a ten year old - 2 inches long and 1 inch around, one of the intimate details of his life that gets broadcast on the series. He is also clinically depressed and a binge eater, and suffers so much from social anxiety that he wants to quit school, even though he's a good student. I don't think Jazz is a gay boy whose parents couldn't handle his sexuality. I think he's a straight boy who's mother has groomed him into a trans identity because she wanted another girl and a television series. The father is clearly uncomfortable with the push for bottom surgery (and he's about had it with Jazz's smart mouth). The crazy mother is driving this.

 

Bet it commits suicide before it's 25th birthday.

 

I find this creepy and abusive and I can't believe people are entertained by this kind of trash.

 

It's like watching a train wreck in slow motion.

 

People who struggle with transgenderism, the gender disphoria and sometimes even depression. I think stuff like this would come off as more mockery.

Totally incorrect, when a person cannot identify what they are as in male or female, they become an "it," therefore PC dictates I use that have to use that term, because if I use a male or female gender modified term, the "it" will quite often become offended and claim I am bigoted against what ever the it, thinks it is.

The idea of killing another human being is abhorrent and I would only go that far if someone was going to kill me or someone else.

I guess you fail to realize many who have had to take another's life justifiably end up committing suicide, taking a life is not to be taken lightly, it will turn ones life upside down and create a lot of lost sleep, a lot of internal pain and gallons of tears.

No human in their right mind wants to kill another human, and I really think your comparison is not only wrong, it demonstrates how little you actually know about me and maybe others in the world around you.
