I think it's a reasonable and rational response. CNN’s reporter Jason Carroll spoke to moderate Dems in Lucerne County, Pennsylvania, i.e. people who voted for Obama and then flipped and voted for Trump in 2016, who are not fans of the way the party has been trending lately. Specifically, they are not impressed with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as the new trendsetter for the party.

The Youth of our representative Nation should have solutions not excuses.

 

Youth aren't know for bringing solutions in their entirety to the table. They tend to bring energy and attention to issues. Solutions tend to come from more experience leaders in general. That is, AOC will make noise, generate headlines, and clap back at tweets over the Green Deal stuff. And Pelosi and Chuck will work to make what can be done happen on the issue within reason.

 

i was hoping some relatively recent college grads would have some Pareto Optimal public policy solutions.
