    which epithets do you abhor?

I am so sick of hearing snowflake.

I mean I love snowflakes. They're beautiful and no two are alike.

I'm still trying to figure out why it is used as an epithet. I think it's stupid to do so.

I hate Van Jones period. Nothing burger isn't any more annoying than anything else he spews out his maw.

Over here we call liberals 'flakes'; I don't know where the 'snow' comes from though.

Others have said why it's used. It's an apt description for many Millenials.

Hate/hater - seriously people, do actually know what that word means?
Snowflakes-TDS-Trumpettes et al- Second grade playground anyone?
tRump and other mutilations of names - ibid

It seems most posters are no longer rationally thinking adults. Makes for a hard time to actually 'debate' any topic.

What is there left to debate? Trumpers have made it clear that they want a very different country than the rest of us do; and very different from what it has ever been.

I sat here and watched trump call for the mass murder of innocent people, extreme torture, violence against protesters, defense of the KKK, praise for cold-blooded killers like Putin and Duterte, and Jong Un, constant dog whistles for racist and white nationalist groups; including a dog whistle for a civil war if he is held accountable for crimes. Not to mention his relentless attacks on the free press, the justice system, the courts and judges, the environment, science, his praise of obvious nuts like Alex Jones...

What is there to debate? If you support that we have nothing to discuss.

    Epithets seem to have fashions.
Some new insult jumps into view and is hammered for weeks, and then disappears.
Turd polisher, butt hurt and anything which pertains to painful involuntary sex annoys me.

Your hyperbole is what makes it hard to have any type of debate. Obama wanted to 'fundamentally change America', did you have a problem with that? Trump wants to bring back jobs, make a stable economy. Why would you have a problem with that?

Please specify "Trump call for the mass murder of innocent people, extreme torture, violence against protesters, defense of the KKK" the events you are claiming. Trump has repeatedly spoken out against the White Supremacists.

So have you seen any President speak against any other foreign leader they are negotiating with for a specific outcome? Something like "You murdering SOB, I need you to walk back your nuke program?" Not quite, I'm sure. Apparently you think that negotiations are all about threats and stomping your feet... they're not. As the old saying goes, you attract more flies with honey than vinegar.

I don't like Trump, I didn't vote for him. I didn't like Obama, I didn't vote for him. I did and I will survive both administrations, but without the anger and angst that some feel they need to do.

I disagree. You can catch more flies with poo than you can with honey but who the hell wants to catch flies, anyway?
I'm glad to hear you didn't vote for trump.
