    He didn't cherry pick and spin anything. People are relying on that statement in the report, but that statement betrays the document.(Not just in the fact that the prosecution had no prosecutable case of obstruction against Donald Trump) but if they were to claim that they weren't going to indict due to the judicial rules on indicting a President, they wouldn't have bothered to list all of the occurances.

    There's a far simpler explanation for Mueller's lies in his own report: It's a political statement, meant to encourage impeachment, as well as to give a legitimate veener behind the lack of evidence behind any of the accusations.

    But a liar's words(Mueller) are never credible. He proclaimed the truth of the matter because he had no choice, but in true liar form he couldn't leave it at that. If he couldn't prosecute, he could make a political document.

    Which is a sham. That's not what the AG tasked him with writing.

    The grand jury could issue an indictment, it is up to them. They didn't. The indictment just cannot be served and the case prosecuted until after a President leaves office as with Bill Clinton. I would hope that Mueller will say exactly what he said in his report, they did not find evidence to charge Trump with obstruction of justice and since he left the finally decision to the DOJ he has nothing further to say about and will not speculate on hypotheticals and made up scenarios.

    There was no predicate crime, there is no underlying crime, Trump KNEW he was innocent all along. The investigation was NOT obstructed, there was not one single claim of executive privilege, not one instance where Mueller had to go to court to get documents or testimony he sought. Even IF Mueller had been lawfully and constitutionally fired as Trump could have at his pleasure it would not have stopped the investigation it would have continued with another SC.

    By law, forced by the Democrats after the Starr Report; the Mueller Report was never supposed to be released to the public or Congress. Barr didn't follow the law due to the Democrats crying for it to be released. Democrats with clearance already can view the whole report. This is nothing more than a Democratic Party talking point for morons to buy into and repeat. They are called "Useful Idiots":

    Traffic'll pick up once (D) committees start their BS. Feinstein's been in hiding and her disappearing act is amazing. Kamala, Booker, Warren and at least a dozen more POTUS candidates will get plenty of free campaign coverage by smearing Trump at the "hearings". The PFers on "vacation" will resurface as unsolicited interpreters.

    Nope. Only the Intelligence Committee can view a fully unredacted copy in a SCIF. Even then the leaky dems would run to the press with their propaganda. This is just another dem clown show tactic.

    If there was no collusion or conspiracy with the Russians then why would the entire Congress need to see the classified parts of the investigation? Few in Congress have such a clearence.

    I personally don't think the waiting for the redactions are necessary to move forward at this time... There's plenty of meat on that bone..
