To me it just means they had no intention to collude in the first place... the rest of you post is just more of the same and we've been listening that that for more than two years... I think perhaps anti-Trumpers should regroup, go find a new angle

Yes, Mueller's job was to look for collusion but he didn't find anything related to collusion. After two years and $30 million he should not 'leave it up to the House to decide'. That's political and it should not have been.
What evidence of collusion? There was only one party colluding with the Russians and that was the Democrats. Now the Deep State, Hillary Clinton the DNC and the Obama Administration are likely to be investigated. That's where the real collusion begins.

Oh c'mon. Do you really believe that Twitter and Facebook determined the election? The crowds swarming Trump's election campaign venues told the story.

And this line should have been a giveaway. "The Redick posts that morning were among the first public signs of an unprecedented foreign intervention in American democracy".

    Unprecedented? That's just silly.

The 'angle" is the meuller report. Its obstruction. Its sleaziness Its lying. Its corruption. Its lack of ethics. Its stonewalling. Its dereliction of duty.

And have you noticed the trade war fiascos? That border emergency doesn't seem to be top of trumpian mind these days. He's too busy melting down in public.

Yes, I remember that, those massive crowds of "deplorables", while Hillary was in Hollywood fundraising, well she had nothing to say and everyone figured she'd win by a landslide, after all, what was the alternative?

I still can't figure out how Putin weighed all the 'dirt' he had on Hillary (from those hackings) and all the 'dirt' on Trump's collusion (everything Mueller found -minus obstruction) and somehow figured it would be better to thwart her.

Also I wonder when Putin will coerce Trump, the President is halfway through his term and we've yet to see some incongruous concession, any sanctions lifting or foreign policy accommodation.

    The all-out assault on trump

In his case they would settle for impeachment

But it still amounts to weaponization of the political system

    "All out assault"

So that's what they call an investigation yielding multiple indictments nowadays

    Interesting

Read it plus lots more. What was Downer doing meeting with a low level volunteer on the Trump campaign? The Australians are already worried how this spying will affect the relationship between the two countries and the Five Eyes agreement.

Here's one article, though there are many.

The 'elites' have been consistently wrong for the past two decades yet they still, for some unknown reason, have credibility among a significant number of people.

Trump has been harder on the Russians than either Hillary or Obama, the latter saying that he could be more flexible after the 2012 election. Of course Hillary had that fumbled debacle with the 'reset' button with the Russians.

The election was Useless Hillary's to lose--and she did. I think the Russians could make a difference next time and may have been just enough in 2016.

There were millions who figured Hillary to lose but this was not reflected in the out of touch MSM. The Chinese are as much of a factor, or more so, than the Russians. However their propaganda, like the Russian's, is indistinguishable from the MSM.. Most sensible people have figured this out.

He also won against 17 other Republican candidates. He's a winner and always has been.

Buggered if I know why they were even in London where the meeting occurred. Maybe Trump needs to tell us that. This is Downer:

One day soon I'm going to look into what happened to me with taxes. I went from getting a refund to owing $2300, only once did I ever owe that kind of money and that was due to a lay off where I spent my 401k instead of rolling it over. This was the first time since owning a house that I couldn't itemize and I claimed married and zero. But as far as the 85% going to the rich, you have around half the population who pay no federal tax, how are they going to get a higher tax cut? If the rich pay the vast majority of the taxes it is logical that they would benefit the most from any across the board tax cut.
