The gender pay gap is a fallacy. Men do more dangerous harder work, where they die, and are payed more for it. Women have to take more time off work due to family (Child birth, Sick Kids, etc..) which naturally affects their time on the job and upward mobility. It's called nature. The type of Social Engineering that Harris and Leftists are seeking will blow up in our faces as a nation. Our productivity will plummet. This type of action is for Authoritarian Socialists, not Free Market Capitalists.
Seems like an easy paycheck to exploit the system. Its not at all different than applying to Engineering schools in college, then switching majors once they're in, because they know its much easier to get accepted than other majors. They'll take nearly any females that are remotely qualified. The more prestigious engineering schools have already cracked down on the practice, since it screws over the REAL engineering students....so kudos for catching on=) I'll quote Jurassic Park..."Clever Girl....snarl, chomp, chomp"
It's what Alexandria Ocasio Numskull did. Intel granted her a STEM scholarship when she went to BU, but math is like, tee hee, hard, so that was quickly switched to "social sciences" and economics(which clearly didn't stick).
I only know of 2 women doing my job in my company. Neither can do the physical part of my job. (Removing and installing 100+ lb batteries by hand) One woman several years ago broke her back trying. In a few years, I may not be able to do it, but I have decades of experience that makes me valuable to my employer. We hire a lot of veterans with technical training, mostly men.
