Then any idea why the police were involved?

According to @kazenatsu, there may be a way, but they have yet to explain themselves.

Good. Because I was including the USA within that subset of, societies, where inciting hatred toward a targeted group is in fact done for the sole purpose of inevitably bringing violence to the targeted group. Our society's public, overt racism toward Black darkskin male citizens is a veracious example. Only a complete and total, racist, would dare try to disagree.

Yes. Even Stevie Wonder can see it.

Obama and Dems took on a strategy of abandoning darkskin Blacks. It's quite obvious too if you study Obama ---especially his post-2011 peculiarities--- and study the Dem party of today.

The brilliant Donald Trump recognized it/seized the moment too; Notice how you nevvvvvver see President Trump with any lightskin Black citizens? Only darkskin Blacks ... It is not coincidental.

So what is your point? Are you saying it is illegal in the US?

    See what?

What the hell is the difference between lightskin blacks and darkskin blacks?

I already gave my opinion. The school got the police involved to show themselves as tough on racism.

Can you tell me the case in which public schools are not bound by the first amendment? I'd like to read it.

Not what I said. I said they are protected as long as you don’t impede the education process.

But for example. Try standing up in class and telling your teacher to F off. Let me know if your first amendment rights are protected then.

They are protected. Perhaps you don't understand that protection from government interference in speech only protects the right to say what you want. It doesn't provide protection from the consequences of what you say. What about that supreme course case? Did you find it yet.

    Tinker vs Des Moines.

My assertion, which you take issue with, is your 1st amendment rights cannot disrupt the educational process. Not even sure what your arguing.

So I'm driving along in the neighborhood in which I'd lived for years, white and early twenties. On this particular road everybody speeds safely. All a sudden blue lights. Oh no, a Trooper. A black Trooper. I was adamant that he was way out of line, and that everyone speeds on this road. Heck I was taking it easy, even, not going that fast. Anyway he keeps writing the ticket and saying mm hmm. Then I bust him with my best question yet. Do You arrest everybody that speeds on this road? He stopped writing, looked me a sec and said, nope, just those driving red Oldsmobiles. I was stunned. Still am. Imagine the nerve of that Trooper. I love cops.

    Well,... nice fake news story.

Here, have some facts. The biggest research ever done in the US about who gets stopped for what, end up that black people are 20% more likely to be stopped and searched, while white people statistically have the highest chance of having something illegally in the car. It even is so, that the difference of being pulled over for driving while black is less so, when it's dark. That concludes the racists have more of a problem seeing if the driver is indeed black enough to be pulling over.

    Actually a true story.

No reasonable person could extract that from my post. I never said there was something "in it" for the police.

Well then why would they respond to a non-crime just so that the school could, in your words, "show themselves as tough on racism?"

I don't get why you think it is a violation of 1st amendment rights for the police to call on these two kids. They can't be arrested but they can certainly be spoken to and told how such conduct can be seen as inflammatory. And as far as the first amendment goes and what punishment the schools enforce as long as it was in the student handbook that the child signed at the beginning of the year i don't see the issue with it. The local school has suspended kids for cyber bullying on facebook- an offense not on school property and the bullied child attended another school.

It's related to a school event. Maybe read the article next time. It's short and the words aren't too big.

He was asking a girl to prom which I agree is a school event. But the asking her out is not part of the school event. I just get real worried when speech and other freedoms are attacked, even bad speech. Schools can even get disruptive students kick out of school when they are acting up in class, and now they want to go out into students private lives.

They don't. They have limited civil rights in school and during school events.

The activities involved here did not occur in school or during school events.

It seems like schools are intruding more and more in to family affairs.
