Wanna destroy the economy? Make Americans pay the real cost of natural resource development.

Standing on a soap box crying out "Garbage, Garbage ... its all Garbage" is not proof of claim. Did you have anything coherent to contribute ?

Common sense tells me it is nonsense. How do you hide a $5 trillion expense in a $3 trillion budget? Obviously you don't. Fake news and poor fake news at that.

You've already proven to be dishonest. And of course, you would suggest Rolling Stone just made it up, not really caring one way or the other.

So, spending your own money for 5-9 years before the natural resource is ready to be harvested and absolutely no profit is made till the product comes from the ground shouldn't be wrote off as an expense? Which company do you think would loose so much money for years and still be able to survive if their taxes later weren't adjusted? Also, having a tax write off is not "subsidizing" anyone, that's like when AOC said the now Amazon isn't coming to NYC, the city can spend that money on schools and subways. The idiots who agree with her don't understand that Amazon wasn't getting any money from the city, it just wasn't going to be paying full price in taxes. The oil companies aren't being given money, they just aren't getting as much taken away.

On a second note, the government already makes more from people buying gas than the oil companies do. The taxes on gas far exceed the profit margins, hence why CA and NYC pay way more for a gallon of gas than GA or AL.

It's based on the Rolling Stone article cited above. Its right there below the video. You will have to debunk the article to make a case.

Even if true, the solution is separation of the state and economy, which you don’t support. So it’s not so much that you love liberty and human life, as it is that you love misery and despair, and you’re pissed because the government is not doing more, in the way you want, to create more misery and despair.

You love Maduro and his Venezuela, and you hate Trump and his capitalist America. The first, misery on meth, the second, heaven on earth. Says something about you, doesn’t it?

Embrace life, love capitalism; reject death, dump socialism in its own created garbage dumpster.

Move on, the future is coming much faster than you think.

The gov't has been "subsidizing" my employer, and employers around me for a long long time. Unless i'm missing something, and I'm pretty confident that i'm not.

I agree that some of the numbers given seemed out of whack. The response is then "I think this video is garbage because the numbers make no sense - explaining why those numbers seem to be flawed"

An argument consists of 2 things 1) statement of claim or premise 2) explanation of what that claim is true

    1 without 2 is garbage.

I'll take the time to explain the flaws in an argument or video when its worthy of explanation, unfortunately this is not worthy, being as its garbage.

Sorry, but I'd rather discuss the merits of different lasagna recipes than waste time discussing biased, non-factual and misleading video's that I couldn't' even finish the whole 2 minutes of because it looks like it was made by a 3rd grader running the camera with his weird uncle reading a script.

So, if you want to have a serious discussion, what are your thoughts about these no boil noodles? < can you taste the difference?

The prices of fuels derived from algae is now close to $5 a gallon; down from $30-$40 a gallon ten years ago.

This will make petroleum products obsolete. For the price of the Iraq war, we could already be there. Even the oil companies have gotten on board. They know this is their future!

Algae fuels are carbon neutral. They produce no new CO2. They only release what was absorbed to grow in the first place.

For someone who cant manage summarize what they thought was the flaw in two minutes of video -you sure spend a bunch of time on boiled noodles.

Perhaps a debate site on cooking is more up your alley ?
