The IRS attorney has written a lengthy document which basically says Mnuchin must turn over 6 years of Dirty Donald's tax returns to the congressional committee. The only way it says the turnover can be avoided is if the president claims executive privelige. His claim is that the rules and the law are quite explicit.

Wrote a memo expressing his opinion. "Rules against" ... good grief. Pretty bad when you lose all your credibility in the 1st sentence.

When there is no crime to investigate, yet you go out investigating for a crime on the suspicion that there may be a crime, that's called a witch hunt. The left has been doing this since Trump was elected, and yet nothing has shown that any crime related to the original assertion has even been committed by Trump. Instead of investigating millionaires who became politicians, why not investigate politicians who became millionaires?

Do you intentionally twist the story or are you rehearsing for a job interview with CNN?

I think this is not about Trump at all, this is a devious plan by the left to expose corruption and take down the Internal Revenue Service!

It's spin practice for Trumps returns that have already been scrutinized by the IRS and filed without legal incidence!

As usual Dirty Donald and his administration will defy the societal norms and operate outside the law.

What does this even mean? Societal norms aren't "laws". Having a Christmas tree in your home on Christmas day is a societal norm, but its not the law.

You are correct, but the vast majority of people in the world are not Christian and do not have a Christmas tree in their home on Christmas day.

An IRS attorney cannot overrule Mnuchin over anything.

Me thinks you missed the point........or avoided it. Sure, Mnuchin has the authority to overrule an employee. That doesn't invalidate the fact the employee was acknowledging what the law says.
