Two federal judges just ruled that Congress is acting well within their constitutional authority and duty to conduct oversight of the trump administration.

Trump never used campaign money. So there's no campaign finance even involved. Most campaign finance violations are treated as civil. They get fines.

Even if Mueller had been fired, that doesn't end the investigation, nor could it, any more than firing Comey ends an FBI investigation.

Obstruction requires corrupt intent. One cannot have corrupt intent when one was not charged with breaking the law.
