But apparently that's unfair to "undocumented immigrants" because the cop might try to report them to ICE or even deport them? Oh my goodness!!!! Proposing? In California they are doing it. So, the result? I had to wait 4 months for my new license. All I had to do was the eye test... and then wait... and wait... and wait. Also, your state will have to issue 2 types of driver's licenses. One for those that do not want to travel on planes that also goes to illegals, and one that is good for air travel for U.S. Citizens and takes more hoops to get like: Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Current Utility Bill, and more. It means legal citizens have to now jump through more hoops to get their licenses. It sucks.
More states getting on board to make sneaking into the country even BETTER. Its like our borders don't mean anything....or something=)
The federal government should shut off highway funds for any State that allows illegals to obtain drivers licenses. Likewise any state that allows illegals to enter our education system should be stripped of education money or grants. We could do the same with housing funds and grants as well as shutting down policing grants for sanctuary cities and states.
4 months. Luckily, I have my passport current and could use that. But, people not as well off as me will suffer, you don't care... you put illegals ahead of U.S. Citizens.
