Yeah, and pigs might fly. He'll go into hyperdrive to keep the show on the road just like May; after all he was a Remainer too, before changing horses, and I wouldn't trust him further than I can spit? I predict he'll ask for an extension, then do something that will destroy what little credibility he has, and that'll be the end of the Tory party. https://www.theguardian.com/politic...favourite-as-uk-to-have-new-pm-by-end-of-july
31st of October the deadline of the current extension. Could the UK leave before the deadline and not at the deadline?
Are you saying, this is just a populist talk just to elect Boris and then he will turn over? Who's the best PM offer the UK can provide anyway?
It is certainly good for the world that May is out, at least: “Her legacy is one of misery for thousands of people. This country a less safer place due to her ideology as serious crime statistics soar in every major town and city in this country. Our members and the Public we serve will continue to suffer the consequences of her dogma for decades to come. “The emotion that she exhibited today were tears for her own self-made demise. It is a shame that she did not have similar empathy for countless victims of crime that could have been avoided. Police officers will shed no tears at her departure.” https://www.polfed.org/gmp/news/201...officers-will-shed-no-tears-at-her-departure/
There's only one thing that can end this ongoing pantomime and that's for 'no-deal' to be put back on the table. Even then, if the new PM does recommend a no-deal exit, it would still need to be approved by the HoC, and the 400 traitors would win a vote to block a no-deal exit, then it will all revert to where May left off. The traitors are hell-bent on staying in, and what they should really do if they had any integrity, is that Remainer MPs who represent Leave constituencies should put themselves up for re-election.
"UK will leave EU in October, deal or no deal." One can hope. Who else will lead the way for the rest for us to follow - what with the EU unwilling to reform itself.
