I don't care what rw wants they've handled Mueller with kid gloves and it's his report he must come before Congress and explain his report in detail. He owes that to the American people. What he's done isn't sufficient

Initially when set on fire the burning fuel actually cools as it evaporates but if left burning it would do much damage.

Yeah and you bought it hook line and sinker, what Mules could've done is state that he believes crimes 1,2 and 3 were committed like every other special prosecutor has done, he instead left up to Rosey and Barr. They concluded that the standard was not met to charge even if he could indicted, they are very clear.

You don't need confidence of no crime.
You need confidence of the crime.
Did you fail basic logic or are you deceitful?
    One or the other

He wasn't following procedure and that is certain.

Listen man, I don't know how many times I have to help you with some simple legal concepts, but I will do so again.

The bolded is wrong. I have told that before and explained it with a really basic example: speeding.

It is a crime. You are guilty of that crime even though zero injury took place.

Actually, that's an infraction, not a crime.

Starr held himself to it and followed proper procedure and when the Democrats said OOJ and perjury did not warrant removal he held the criminal charges until Clinton left office. Mueller has no charges to bring forward, he presented no crimes committed. If you think so then quote him saying Trump committed crimes and what they were. And the AG the DAG and the OLC said nothing amounted to obstruction of justice.

I think he had some protective gear on, judging by the way he was moving, and the fact that he was fully engulfed for some time, and yet was reported to have no apparent injuries.

Probably something to trigger leftists out there.

I did see what you wrote, but "Obstruction of Justice ring" makes no sense in the given context.

Yes, but not for simple speeding.

It's not classified as a criminal offense.

Criminal being derived from the word "crime", of course, Mr. Lawyer.

No hard argument from me... I think his report is generally sufficient to move on legally and in Congress, but there are still questions that should be answered... Now, as a fully private citizen, he cannot hide behind the DOJ protection and he will come if subpoena'ed...

Because it is a stature of law that is broken(and why are statures of law written?) They are written because we write rules to regulate society, if not to prevent injury then to minimize it. There you go.

It does not have to be the case, that every law can be prosecuted just because it was broken. Again, it's the only thing separating us from NK, China and Russia. And we both know that.

There's the speeding example, but there's also driving under the influence, murder, arson, etc. Most crimes have a presumed injury to them, or a harm that if allowed would be harmful. This is the essence of our justice system.

This is also why the sentencing guidelines are sometimes allowed to be merciful(and you can argue on whether they should be or not.) I personally am recently of the opinion that most criminals are mentally ill, and we should treat the mentally ill rather than incarcerate them.

The dossier started the whole thing. Without it there would be no investigation. You need to come up to speed.
