I have always said that I don't care for Trump's personal style. I cannot and do not defend most of it, except that I do believe he is a counter puncher, and at times that's a good thing. I also believe he is by far more transparent than almost any president in recent history. I also believe that, all of his personal faults aside, he is trying to do what he believes is the best for America.

When I look at what the Dems are offering in 2020, my choice will be Trump.

I can live with my distaste for his personal style. Generally, but with some exceptions, I agree with him on his policies. Getting the policies right (mostly) outweighs his personality, IMO.

Don't care how he presents himself. Presidential hasn't worked. At least he doesn't talk down about the U.S. Like Obama did. He sticks to his guns and accomplished more for us without Republican House support under Paul Ryan or Nancy Pelosi. Mostly on his own.

If we don't re-elected him and Republicans for the House and Senate; we lose. This is our one chance to get things done.

We need Immigration reform and to control our borders. We need repairs to our infrastructure. We need the Federal Government out of our school system. I believe education was better before the Federal Education Department came in to existance. We need reform of criminal law. We need to stop putting people on Probation, in jail or prison, due to drug addication. We need to stop letting potential employers to see a persons criminal record when it is nonviolent. And, in my opinion, unless the law requires establishments to only serve patrois on
alcoholic beverage, the BAC limit should be .16 not .08. That would equal 3 drinks for a person. Most drivers are fine at that limit. The Federal Government bribed the States to set the .08 limit. For many, one drink or lose Federal Highway funding.

Do I want drunk, impaired drivers on the road? No. But I only want drivers to be arrested if they show signs of impairement, not based only on their BAC .

Trumps tweets are not my favorite thing. But he is not the normal politician, and that is why so many like him.. Normal doesn't work anymore. We need term limits for Congressional members. 5 years max.
And, I would love a true Moderate/Centrist to be elected President.

I would love to get rid of the Party system altogether.
