    Sandy, you told us Trump was going to war with Iran 2-1/2 years ago. Or, was it Russia, or was it N.Korea, or was it China, or was it Venezuela? Hard to put your finger on just one among the 18,000+ rants.

    There is no benefit, but Trump may not know that and his chief advisor is none other than that warmonger John Bolton. Trump
    once again is listening to advice that he wants to hear instead of advice that he needs to hear because he "knows more than the generals".

    Who are the experts? We already know that Trump doesn't do experts because he acts on his "gut". That is the scary part--he will get us into a war with the wrong adversary.

This morning for example, one of us repeatedly claimed the Joint Chiefs wouldn't allow Trump to protect it's interests in the ME if it meant confrontation with Iran. It was however the Joint Chiefs who recommended additional military assets be deployed to the Gulf to bolster preparedness for a military response to Iranian provocation.     Hell if anything Trump is holding the military at bay. Bolton was hired to play bad cop and I can't think of a better person for the role the whole damn world thinks him bloody minded warmonger.

    Trump says that the US Navy blames Iran? Trump is a chronic liar as you know and I can't find any story that backs your claim.
    The video doesn't show anything as proof. The Navy did not say it was Iran.

    Trump is indeed running the country--in the wrong direction. He doesn't know what he doesn't know and has advisors who tell him what he wants to know and not what he needs to know.

    no one said that, they could be wrong, like the WMD in Iraq.... probably not, but Iraq has many enemies, so lets let them investigate

    what trump WILL do is run with something that has not been verified as if it is the truth if it supports him, if it doesn't support him he will call it fake news

    I'm sure I haven't said "that"? Whatever "that" is ... Gen. Joe Dunsford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs, looks poised to start a war with Iran on his own. Maybe read the part about "NO ABIGUITY ... PREPARED TO RESPOND" <Rule 3>

    I did read about that but it doesn't mean that Iran was responsible. The Iranians were helping to save those on board so they may have
    been alongside for that reason. It makes no sense since the Japanese were in Iran for talks and that would ruin a good thing.

    The US Navy said it was Iran. Investigate. Fine, but jumping to the conclusion that Trump is somehow responsible is stupid.

    There is other evidence. Iranian vessels in the vicinity of the ships. A drone that the Navy thinks was shot down by the Iranians to keep us from seeing what is going on.
