DOJ Admits FBI Never Saw Crowdstrike Report on DNC Russian Hacking Claim…

Even CNN is starting to talk about Brennan who infamously once said during Congressional testimony that "I don't do evidence". Apparently without evidence Brennan pushed the narrative that Putin was helping the Trump campaign and now it looks like even the Russian hacking the DNC claim may also be a fabrication.

Be prepared to be called a conspiracy theorist by the usual suspects never mind that much of this has been common knowledge for two years.

No doubt but I believe Durham will get to the bottom of it but what I don't have any faith in is any prosecution of crimes.

We shall see. I hope you're wrong but I have grave doubts about the ability to get an honest trial in the DC swamp.

Well, when your “news” source is a very dubious right wing trash blog with a ridiculous name, it comes with the territory.

But I see the Trump spin machine is back to that old flash drive conspiracy theory.

Yet you have no problem with VOX or Mother Jones both of which would have to come up in the world substantially just to be trash. But in your myopic view any site that doesn't toe the ridiculous lib narrative must be right wing trash. Now if it's wrong cite your information to prove otherwise.

    He's a conspiracy theorist. :)

If you really want a brief explanation - I'm not sure you do. Read the Russian indictments.
Here is one for the DNC hack.

Sad, just sad. Please tell me how any of that absent actually having seen the DNC servers or an unredacted cloudstrike report proves anything to anyone rational about the DNC hack?

You mean other than tracing the info all the way back to Russia?
What else did you want to know.
They have a disk image of the DNC servers.

Yeah sure based on an unredacted report they never saw. You can buy that if it makes you feel better. As for me I'll with hold judgement until some one somewhere actually looks at the DNC computer and confirms cloudstrike's assessment. Until then this is just part of a larger dnc disinformation campaign

It speaks volumes that there has been no follow up on Riches death and almost zero investigation time put into it by anyone.

It's perfectly legitimate to dismiss something because it's on a politically slanted blog, I don't fault you for that, however that post is based on a real court filing in the Roger Stone case.

GOVERNMENT’S RESPONSE TO DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO COMPEL UNREDACTED CROWDSTRIKE REPORTS; US v. Stone

    So there, the source material.

I don’t suppose you actually read it. I suspect not. Since the motion was dismissed out of hand. In one sentence too.

This is the sort of thing Roger Stone does, too. And has done for years.

It is also a standard tactic in right wing trash blog media.

A ridiculous motion or lawsuit will be filed, and news of that action will be floated around the right wing trash blog infrastructure, where it will inevitably be picked up and parroted.

Because the meme has substance in the form of a legal action, the gullible audience will take it to be real and have substance.

They’ll absorb the information, take it at face value, never fact checking it or reading the source material, and move on to the next shiny object that Fox and Friends or the guy on their AM radio serves up.

Everyone from Jay Sekulow to James O’Keefe make their living this way.

The memes come and go, and the audience is always primed and ready for the next one.

They never stick around to learn the the nuisance suits get dismissed, or that the video turns out to be faked.

Roger Stone has been pulling wool over gullible right winger’s eyes with stuff like this for years. He made a charter plane full of GOP Congressional Staffers look like a grass root mob during the 2000 recount.

There is nothing real about anything coming out of Roger Stone.

He’s a con man,and this filing is a clearly nuisance action designed to plant a meme (since he is under a gag order and he needs his attorneys to do his dirty work for him).

So to be clear, you are saying that the Crowdstrike Report handed over to the FBI was the full and complete version, not a draft and not redacted, correct?

I am saying that this is a nuisance motion, filed to get a meme out in the right wing blogosphere, which you fell for.

And since the redaction refer to the remedial steps take to keep the Russians from doing it again, the government clearly had not issue with that, and took no action to try and compel a third party, unconnnected with the Stone case to produce.

In addition, there has been no denial from the Trump campaign, the DNC or the Russians, that the material that was released by Wikileaks (after their conversations with Stone) were no genuine.

This meme is almost as idiotic as the “dossier” meme that flushes its way through reactionary right wing blogs like this one on a regular basis.

So the answer to my question is that you don't care what Crowdstrike gave the government, as long as it gets rid of Drumpf.
