    I just listened to Trump talk to Laffer about how he studied in detail the Laffer curve when he attended Warton.
    Problem is he graduated in 1968 and Laffer didn't postulate it until 1974.

    And you could. There was a GRANDFATHER clause written into the PPACA, so you could keep your plan as long as the insurance company didn't cancel the plan, which they often did even before the PPACA.
