Mark Hamill Wants Trump's Star Out For Carrie Fisher

    Protests over Trump having a star on Hollywood Blvd continue. West Hollywood city council voted to have the star removed but Hollywood Blvd in in the city of Los Angeles and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has never removed a star. Of-course public pressure and on-going vandalism of Trump's star is making it more and more difficult for LA to ignore the demands to remove Trump's star just like Confederate monuments in the South. My hunch is that Trump will eventually lose his star if not before his removal from the White House then afterwards. How much spit/ defecation must accumulate before the city is unwilling to protect/ maintain the hated image of Trump?

    If a celebrity dies before they're given a star then it takes 5 years afterward so Carrie Fisher must wait for a few more years.

    Scrummages break out on a regular basis if pro-Trump folks pay homage to their dear leader. It costs LA repair/ replacement $ to maintain the star in a city that abhors Trump. Finally the star will be moved to whatever city willing to take it. Maybe some place in the Bible-belt/ South.

    It's good that they're worried about important issues like a Donald Trump star on the sidewalk and not wasting time on unimportant things like being broke because they're overrun with illegal meheecans.

    Just goes to show you how petty hateful people can be. What a great photo op - taking a picture of yourself giving the finger to the sidewalk, as if in the minds of the people taking the pictures the sidewalk might actually care.

    She was bi-polar and had cocaine, MDMA, and multiple opiates in her system when she died.

    Then her own death triggered her mothers.

    I don't know if I'd be celebrating this.

    What's interesting in this video is that a LAPD vehicle is parked right there yet no cops attempted to break up the fight. They look the other way when it is something they also hate [ie. Trump].

    Well, the problem clearly isn't Trump supporters. I know it's hard to conceptualize, but California is still an American state... where people are supposed to tolerate diversity of ideas and such.

    It's nothing of the sort and you are merely deluding yourself to think so. The contempt for Trump is not what he proposes as much as who he is as a person. Republicans seem to go silent under the constant lying & attacks on Americans that occur daily by Trump. The fights on Hollywood Blvd are with Republicans viewed as immoral traitors to American values. We hate Trump and have very low regard for those who support him even if it means chasing a person down the street for daring to wear a MAGA in our presence.

    if Hamill really wants her to have a star, let him give up his own for her. If he won,t then he isn't serious and is a hypocrite which we know he is.
