Unlike Democrats who consider all charges against Republicans to be true even when proven false and all charges against Democrats to be false even when proven true, Republicans realize that there are some things that can only be pointed to as evidence. Since illegal aliens aren't going to admit that they a) are illegal aliens or b) voted in a federal election, since both can get them jailed and/or deported, all we can do is report the findings, such as a 2013 study by McLaughlin that found 13% of illegal aliens registered to vote. How many of those 13% then went on to vote is anyone's guess. But 13% of 11 million (now considered to be a low estimate and it might be as high as 20 million) is 1,430,000 people, and if just 5% of those voted, that would be 71,500 illegal votes, more than enough to swing a close election.

And, like the Constitution says, anything in the Dictionary is the Law of the Land, right?

    Cough cough BS.
Illegals were working at tRUMP golf courses. They were known to be illegal. And when the story broke, the illegals were fired, but not deported.
So why would they be afraid of being deported for voting? HINT: They aren't voting. Sure 1 or 2 maybe. But nothing meaningful.

tRUMP put together a commission to weed out illegals voting and prove illegals are the reason he lost the popular vote. He stopped the commission because they found NOTHING.

No, but collusion has been used to describe it for the past two years and conspiracy has rarely been used. I don't know that I have said conspiracy once and it was rarely used by anyone else, even though it was the correct legal term. So calling someone out for using collusion rather than conspiracy amounts to a lot about nothing.

No. It doesn't. Being here is not a crime.

Read my post..... dreamers have committed no such crime. You make assumptions, and still ignore proven crimes committed by this President

You have no idea what's been going on over the past few years, do you?

I think it’s hilarious that you deflect in your own original post!
An illegal alien breaks our law by being here. If someone else breaks another law, that doesn’t change the fact that the illegal alien broke the law, nor does it mean that the law that the illegal alien broke is not important.

What? You had to look it up in a dictionary? That's hilarious!

Believe me kid, It's a metaphor. It's not exaggerated. It's completely made up. May be high... may be low... Who knows... who cares....

Oh and BTW, an exaggeration can also be metaphorical.

The word you're looking for isn't metaphor; it's "lie".

I think they are going to show the Mueller report was illegally started and if so, should anything in it be legal?

Wrong. They are two different things. Only the Right wing media emphasized "collusion". There is plenty of collusion by the Trump campaign and Trump himself in the Russian intervention in our elections. But none of it is illegal. Conspiracy may or may not have occurred at a criminal level. That investigation has not concluded. And Trump effectively obstructed much of it. All this is in the Mueller Report.

I posted the relevant federal law. Whether you're illiterate or willfully ignorant, it's not my problem.

Let's see who is deflecting? This is your chance to show that you are or are not a serious poster. One chance only.

I say: If an alien committed a crime, they are a criminal. If they entered a illegally, that's a misdemeanor. the first time. The second time and above it's a felony. But definitely a crime. They are criminals the minute the commit the crime. Even though they have a right to present their case before a judge, they are a criminal the second they commit the crime. And not when they are found guilty..

    Now... your turn.

Our President committed a crime. Proof is on the OP. And details on the Mueller Report. I can make any detail you want available. I know it almost by heart. Do you agree that he's a criminal?

    No deflecting.... Answer!

    Illegally started?

That's funny. If so, that would just mean Rosenstein goes to jail, I guess. Not much more.... Should be good company for Trump, Barr and Mnuchin when they get there..

Any illegal alien deserves a day in court.
If you believe the POTUS committed a crime than the congress would impeach the president and then get him charged for the crimes he committed.
But so far Congress hasn’t done anything, so maybe your interpretation of the report is flawed. Most of the lawmakers in Congress are lawyers who know laws pretty well.

It is your problem that you don't know what you're talking about. Last time: that does not apply to dreamers.

Let me dumb it down for you, since it appears necessary:: A month-old Guatemalan baby who is brought here in arms by her parents does not commit any crime by entering this country. Therefore, is not a criminal.

Well, those who over stay their visas and entered through legitimate port of entry are not technically criminals, even though they still break laws.

Will be more than Rosenstein. I hear Comey sign that the dossier was verified and it wasn't. The FBI knew it it wasn't reliable when they offered it to the court. They also held back information that the dossier was bought and paid for by the Democratic Party. There were also unlawful leaks to the press and government papers taken out of the office. I think before this is over there are going to be a lot of charges brought up on a lot of people. If they go back and reopen the thing on Hillary and her use of a private server and cell phone for government use and destroyed over 32,000 E-mails she was to turn over, your going to see a whole lot more people being charged.

That's right. And the majority of so-called "illegal aliens" are people who overstayed their visas.

I answered. If he committed a crime then congress should impeach him and send him to court.
On a side note, I’d like to point out that the congress consists of 535 members, most of whom have law degrees and it doesn’t look like most of them interpret Muellers report the way you do. You know, just a tiny, tiny elephant in the room. Nothing to see here.

The law does not distinguish between children here illegally and their parents who brought them here. Obama's characterization of them as being different ran directly contrary to federal law, and the Congress, despite Trump's efforts at reaching a settlement to get his wall built, hasn't budged on changing the law. Your statement about the Guatemalan baby is false.

I would point out, too, that your so-called dreamers account for a tiny percentage of the 11-20 million people here in the US illegally.

Sense they knew that dossier wasn't reliable and some information was false, can anyone be charged by anything coming out of that investigation? If police break into a house illegally, I believe anything they find in that house, even if illegal can not be used.
