    Not when the order in question is itself devoid of any basis in law, it isn't.
    Even if SCOTUS had such authority generally, the laws in question were perfectly constitutional.
    Precedent is one thing; federal law, quite another.

    That's a distinction without a difference. The same nonsense happened in Roe v. Wade, when activist judges struck down laws protecting life, thereby creating a law regarding abortion. That should be left to elected legislators, not a nine-person judicial dictatorship.

    she is not president and got millions more votes then Trump, but Trump won cause of affirmative action for the smaller states, Trump is an affirmative action President

    lol, I did not think of that either, he supported Moore, but dislikes Sessions

    my guess is he will go with Sessions anyways as he knows Moore can't win

    I don't know Trump did, neither do you but why does it matter any more, remember the Democrats we can't consider such things when choosing and support a candidate or office holder.

    Exaggerate much? Hardly all. Most maybe.. As a token rightie (who grew up in AL and lived there about 20 years ago), I was totally against Roy Moore (and have been since he was circuit judge in his first foray with fame).

    Sessions isn't running. Sessions did not endorse Moore, even as the Republican nominee. He publicly said that he wasn't voting for Moore, as did Richard Shelby, the other Senator from Alabama. They had been around the courts in AL. They knew that the info about Moore was true. Heck, his wife is the same age as the accusers......
