You really should look at the legillation it did a lot to deal with illegal immigration...did you know prior to the legislation it wasn't illegal for an employer to knowing hire an illegal?

illegal immigration has nearly doubled, largely due to the economic policies of Reagan through the 80s, and into the 90s...more people obviously want to be here in the booming economy....but also because of the law, we actually have enforcement, so wew actually know how much illegal immigration there is, prior to that, there was little enforcment, and know why of getting an accurate number to report
