Well....no surprise to see one rabid dog (Girkin/Strelkov) charged ....he was instrumental in the moskalis invasion of East Ukraine and crimea. I hear hes hiding in Moscow somewhere....why is he hiding?? Or maybe Putinka is using him for his next adventure?

Anyway...the trial starts in March 2020....and ill hazard a guess these vermin could be dead by then...if not already. Just like their other partners in crime Hellomoto, Givi, Mad Zak. One cant have any loose ends linking to the dirty deeds...and dead men tell no tales.

The rebels sure ****ed this one up....even admitting that they probably shot down a civilian airliner.....then the schnegs tried to blame the Ukrainian Air force.

Vatniks are on a roll in their own minds....suggest DDay wasn't the deciding factor in WW2, claim Chernobyl was a CIA black op, now deny they had any involvement in this.....im sure come July 20 when US observes 50th anniversary of our moon landing....they will deny that also....claim we never got there and thers no US flag there. Jealous creatures these muscovites!

It is odd to see a criminal prosecution over an act of war.

It would be one thing if it were clear that they were trying to down a civilian plane. But it seems pretty clear that they believed that they were downing an enemy warplane.

How soon I wonder before Russia starts prosecuting NATO pilots for civilians killed by the 1999 bombing of Serbia?

wel seems not everybody agrees with it
    https://www.thedailybeast.com/mh17-...ehind-2014-downing-of-malaysia-airlines-plane

odd to file charges when the country where the plane came from denies that there is proof in the first place,

The Duran talks about this. They say there is nothing new.
IMO this sounds like the Syria hoax gas attacks and the Skripal poisonings.

Malaysian PM CRUSHES Dutch-led MH17 report, "no proof, only hearsay”

    The Duran
    Published on Jun 23, 2019
The Duran Quick Take: Episode 212. The Duran’s Alex Christoforou and Editor-in-Chief Alexander Mercouris discuss how Malaysia’s Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohamad, has condemned murder charges brought against Russian and Ukrainian nationals as part of a Dutch-led investigation into the 2014 crash of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17. The Malaysian PM said the charges are politically motivated. “As far as we are concerned we want proof of guilt,” he said. “But so far, there is no proof. Only hearsay.”

Yeah well. The US never apologized for shooting down an Iranian civilian airplane or even said it was wrong to kill all them civilians. Nothing odd here.

TBH... It wouldn't surprise me if the pro Russian group did it. Than again the entire blame thing has been pinned on Russia from the start that it's been a totally geopolitical game. As if the Ukrainian party doesn't have the exact same missiles in that civil war they had going.

I even heard, get this, that in order to label this as a murder, is by flat out denying that there was a war going on. Otherwise it would have been unfortunate collateral damage. Everybody was shooting back and forth there. Jet airplanes were bombing the place. Missiles all over. And than this civilian airplane goes right through. WTF were they thinking? It's a quick and cheep route to use? It's exactly like getting a guided tour through a warzone, where the guide goes... it'll be fine. To than do a jaw drop that it ends up like this. Them western countries are doing that,... all in order to not be liable and than pin the blame to the gimp who everybody already hates. How convenient.

You think this is a fair trial?
    HA!

Did Ukraine shot down a civilian airplane "before"?
Yes they did in 2001! They paid up, but kept on denying they did it.

Well yeah....the blame should be on the Muscovites.....shooting down planes, invading, annexing, hacker attacks, Russia's entire existence is based on mischief and ass backwardness.

You forgot "making sure Hillary lost" :roflol::roflol::roflol:

Just go ahead and throw in the kitchen sink! Never mind the fact you are constantly talking out of your ass.

I'm sure there's an old 60+ year old commie in Russia that blames everything that goes wrong in Russia on the U.S. too, so you're not alone.

I wouldn't be laughing Borisiya....Moskalis are running a short series on how Chernobyl was a CIA hit.

Check my last thread about it....the vatniks would try to blame US on their hemmoroids if they could.

Sure....I've come across a few old "vasiyas" in Ukraine who seem to think CIA/MI6 is to blame for all of Muscovias "shortcomings"!:roflol:.

Well you ought to be happy about that. It was either a CIA hit or just dumbassery on the part of your beloved Ukrainians. Last time I checked, Chernobyl was not in Moscow.

It's strange how no one talks about the fact that the other 3 reactors were started back up and used for up to 14 more years.

    Now it's a tourist attraction.

The MH17 story was concocted to make Russia look bad, so that sanctions could be applied.

The company Bellingcat works for western interests. The indictment of the 4 Russians is a dog & pony show, completely staged.

Oh ...yeah, now the Ukies had something to do with it, typical Russki....always shifting the blame.

Yeah....and it's a ghastly tourist attraction at that too. Russki innovation at its its finest.
Who needs horror movies at theaters when you have the real thing!

The Kremlin even tried too deny any meltdown even occurred of the day.
It was kinda hard to ignore all those Geiger counters going off the charts throughout Europe.
    Finally Gorby....the kolhoz accountant....finally fessed up.....ooops, we f***Ed up.

The new Malaysian PM seems like a tough cookie. He is a previous PM and 92 years old!
He also came out and told the Chinese to pound sand about some corrupt belt and road deal made before him. Time to renegotiate.

Again. Ukraine has shot down a civilian plane before. They got the right equipment to shoot down the MH17 airline as well. And it makes perfect sense that a predominantly Russian region is part of Russia. Heck,.. we AGREED on that! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-determination

There really is no sense in backing up Ukraine THAT much to lure it in the western hemisphere. It's a snake bit same kind of mischief and ass backwardness like Russia. But the west simply can not let such things go. They just have to mingle in an other war. Totally pointless. It seems every hard earned western euro/buck that got send to them... well probably 80% end up in some corrupt scheme. Bravo. Well played.

Well DPR is Ukranian territory......and that "self determination" is laughable what you talk about, for that region.

The Russkis invaded that area months before MH17....and to a great degree had numerous personnel on the ground....that's why Strelkov has a warrant out for him.

Why? Suddenly what we all agreed upon doesn't count? Some argument.
FYI,.. Ukraine has a massive amount of ethnic Russians living in the country. They have been living there since who knows.

Those massive amounts of Muscovites who've been there since "who knows"....many were relocated during the Holodomor Famine....the one vatniks claim never happened.....like Chernobyl, collapse of SU.

Russkis can't seem to differentiate between reality & fiction....those 2 dimensions seem to have morphed into one for the Moskalis.

That'll take another 2 generations for them to brought back into the real world.

Just like NATO is to blame for all the civilians killed when they bombed Serbia.

    Kosovo is Serbian territory.

Milosevic shouldn't have decided on his "adventure" to incorporate all of former Yugoslavia.....he wouldn't have "hung" himself at the Hague!:))
