That would be if Roe v Wade was overturned and states began to refuse abortions, at least for convenience reasons.

    Of course.

It wouldn't be forcing, as again, only biology forces it, it would just be HIGHLY uncompassionate.

But that's exactly what happens in the US ... when you look at Roe vs Wade and the 7: 2 decision of the 1973 Supreme Court.
Even the restrictions later made by Supreme Courts, such as in 1992, when he confirmed in principle the previous decision in the case of Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania by Robert P. Casey. However, he did declare state regulations that he considered not undue burden on the woman, such as compulsory counseling and a 24-hour pre-surgery time.

So again, what legal basis prohibits abortion, something like happens in Alabama?
I can tell you ... because it is the religiously transfigured and idiotic morality that is coming in ... by the way, not just the Christian religion!
And religion has nothing to seek in the jurisdiction and should never influence the law in a secular state!

WHY do you think that banning abortion is not forcing a woman to gestate??.

DUH, that's the PURPOSE of banning abortion......quit trying to shift responsibility for Anti-Choicers using FORCE LIKE RAPISTS against women on "biology".

It sounds like something from the Mad Hatter's tea party..

How can a "right" be taken seriously if it's not a right proscribed in the Constitution?

I'm not playing dumb, although perhaps I'm being a bit naive. Are women allowed to go to other states to have the abortion in this bill?

It would be a NEW law. However, such as law wouldn't be necessary. If Roe v Wade was overturned, then states could just simply stop providing abortion in their health system.

What is the relevant right in a state constitution? A specific right to an abortion?

What choice is the baby given if the mother decides to terminate it's life ? I guess that's OK with you?

Since when is teaching murder and snuffing out a life a bad thing? Where is the compassion for the unborn child ? Why should the mother have the right to deprive the child to a full life as she had been granted?

Having a child does not deprive the mother of LIFE, LIBERTY or the PURSUIT of HAPPINESS, but also gives the child those same rights. If she feels the child is cramping her style and delaying her plans for a while it more than likely is a consequence of her own actions.

In case no one has ever told you, the main purpose of having sex is pro-creation. Replenish the population. All species do it.

You may believe the Supreme Court decision "Roe vs Wade" was America's decision but at the time the majority of Americans disagreed. Today the nation is still split on the topic.

I have protested at a few Abortion Clinics and many of the people I have seen are not poor. Then again, most Americans, really do not know what poor is. (A different topic)

What ever happened to the Oath that doctors take to preserve life?

I blame society and local government agency's for not enforcing the fathers to be accountable. I guess they use the same argument, "he has a right to the Pursuit of Happiness".

Both of us can't be wrong, and seeing I'm right, it must be you.

    a. At what point do you think a child is created? Conception or nine or ten months later?

    b. Who gave the mother life? She did not create her own life so what right does she have to choose who lives and dies?

    c. It is not my choice but it also shouldn't be nine people wearing dresses who should have the right to say who lives and who dies.
