    It's absolutely normal to commute for an hour each way in my country. Some folk even travel 2+ hours each way.

    I don't speak for conservatives, but anyone can grow fresh veggies, via aero gardens, sprouting seeds, and so forth. People need to take responsibility for their own life and not wait for a political entity to safe the day.

    Trump said he was gonna fix it, what has he done to fix it? this is what the right wants I guess, not the left

    the reality is, the war on drugs created and funded the gangs there and that has harmed them more then anything else

    legalization will defund the gangs, thus reduce crime

    many of the gangs are starting to move out of Chicago to where more money is... it's spreading as they will go where the money is

    our government is getting cheap too, Bush even tried to outsource port security - crazy

    seems like war is one of the things we will spend trillions on and not blink a eye

    I support government jobs, sure, try to place as many people on assistance with government jobs if possible, I am all for that

    here the usps even outsources postal carriers any more, offer those jobs to people that work 40 hours a week but still need assistance, it would be a step up for them and they would appreciate the opportunity

    I know an elderly couple on the age pension who grow loads of vegetables in pots in their apartment. They put them on tables and shelves (mostly found on roadsides or donated) pushed up against every window in the place, and along all the window ledges. They even manage to produce potatoes in old buckets! They get their soil by asking visitors to bring them a bag of dirt instead of cake :p
