It's amazing how well grounded and sharp Trump is compared to the field of candidates that the Democrats have. Joe looks old and slow and stutters a great deal.

Remember though, there is still about 500 days to go before the election. Another dem guy just entered today. So far, they are up to 23. Crazy Uncle Joe is a 3 time loser that Trump would like to run against but Joe may not even make it to the primaries. The socialists want him out and I don't think he has enough substance to beat them off without turning into one of them.

The MSM has all his potential contenders beating him. Initial polling makes no sense and is for the most part meaningless at this point. Once the first debates take place on the 26th & 27th of this month, poll numbers will change again and some dims may even decide to quit.

Trump should win as the incumbent in the general election but a number of important factors involved. Most factors will involve the economy, geopolitical events and immigration. There could be others. It's too early to get very excited yet but as long as he maintains his base, the odds and wall street (a usually reliable indicator) favor him.

 

You’re out of touch. 2/3 of the illegals NOW are visa overstays. The 50% is the total over time including the past when border crossings were a bigger problem. But, illegal border crossings have been dropping dramatically for years. I know conservatives have trouble differentiating trends now from the past, but try. If you’re idea is to make America great again as in the past, looks like you’re goal is doing it by accelerating border crossings under Trump.

It’s always about the manpower and processing once they are apprehended. As soon as you build too many unnecessary barriers, you create more POEs, vehicle access and crowded conditons where the majority of problems occur.
