    This is incorrect. As is proven in previous investigations of past Presidents. Starr's investigation into Bill Clinton in which he did recommend perjury, which is what led to Bill Clinton's impeachment proceedings, which then happened in the House but he was not removed from the Presidency by the Senate. Which is exactly what would happen currently with the Trump case. Mueller had every chance to say that Trump violated laws. Indeed it was his mandate to do so if he found that Trump had actually broken any. He didn't have to attempt indictments. In that I agree with him in that a sitting President cannot be indicted. However nothing stopped him from saying "yes, President Trump broke XXX laws, here's why I believe that....". History has shown that he had the ability to do that. Mueller is lying when he says that he couldn't. Again, as history shows.

    The reason that Pelosi is not going for impeachment, and is against it, is because it would cost the Democrats in the next election cycle. They actually learned that due to Bill Clintons impeachment which cost the Republicans where Bill Clinton was re-elected and Democrats gained seats in Congress.

    Stop changing the subject. AG Barr isn't "suppressing" evidence of obstruction. You interpret Mueller's report any way you want to, but that report reveals that there is no grand jury material related to obstruction of justice for AG Barr to withhold. You think Trump obstructed justice, and I don't think he did. Debate forums are adversarial by design just like our legal system. Think want want about Trump's guilt, but don't falsly portray that the proof is in the grand jury material that Barr hasn't given to congress. There is no grand jury material related to obstruction.

    Why are you trying to spread some sort of conspiracy theory? Please show me where exactly Mueller was barred from saying "yes, President Trump broke XXX laws, here's why I believe that....". Show me the orders that he received that would prevent him from doing so.


    In order to get that then you're going to have to get Trump either impeached and removed from office or hope that he loses in his re-election bid. Otherwise you're just pissing into the wind.

    That does not keep a sitting President from having a Special Prosecutor or Grand Jury from recommend indictments, as what's happened in prior investigations of Presidents
