The conclusions of this study seem rather obvious. That Common Core would turn out to be a big failure seems not only obvious now, but, but was obvious when it was implemented. Another stupid mistake lauded by a very stupid education establishment. No wonder US schools suck.
Common core itself isn't bad. I've read the standards. They are reasonable and a good thing, but a bit too vague. That said, most of the crap sold to teach Common Core was horrible. They used the vagueness of the standards and produced utter crap in the name of Common Core. Here is a link to the standards.
