They are already getting tied up in knots. There have been a number of cases where a former woman now identified as a man has come in for abortion. This means they can no longer use the mantle, "a woman's right to choose." Trying to work through that should keep them busy for a while.

Well, it might well happen but I doubt within our lifetimes. And this guy wants this right for transitioning men now. I guess I'm saying that in the here and now he might as well be lobbying for clean and efficient warp-drive nacelles, and that sounds just as ridiculous as what he's asking for given current scientific and surgical limitations.
