Actually, he hit a cop with his car, so he was not unarmed. Nor had the police reason to think he had no firearms as he had a warrant specifying he had guns in his home (a probation violation). So Yeah, I guess they're entitled to fire in self defense.

No, he was unarmed. The driver was fleeing cops yes he was avoiding a violent confrontation.

Therefore it is vehemently, illogical, to conclude that the driver's route and process of 'fleeing to avoid violence' is somehow actually a willful attempt to inflict violence with a motor vehicle. Only a peculiar institution will agree with you.

Because ... Like you said yourself, he has guns galore!

    lol

Therefore it makes no sense to use the car for, violence, when he can just stay parked/jump out, and commence gunpowder flashes.

The cop strategically and intentionally put himself in a position, to be able to get away with (falsely) claiming, that the driver was trying to hurt him with that vehicle.

You're right. Ergo he wasn't running away. he was attempting to inflict damage.

Since when are criminals the brightest bulbs in the chandelier?

Or the driver tried to hurt the cop in an attempt to get away.

Yes, while knowing that that gives cos a legitimate reason to kill him while he's looking straight ahead holding the steering wheel. lol

Your argument is far beyond being nonsensical.

This was a ruthless criminal with much, much more firepower than those two cops ---and you bragged about it yourself. Yes therefore you imploded your argument, by using colossal-deceit when you pretend he wanted to die while he's looking straight ahead holding the steering wheel.

How do you know this? How does looking straight ahead prevent him from trying to hit a cop with his car?

I think it is your argument that is nonsense. You have no evidence or even common sense to back it up. It is foolishness backed up by stupidity.

This was a guy with an unknown number of firearms with him. At no time did I say he outgunned the cops, I said they had reason to believe he was armed. do not put words in my mouth.

At no time did I say or imply that the man wanted to die. Once again, you put words out that were never said or implied. You claim to hve helped inmates with their appeals. I hope they're still in for long terms, 'cuz when they get out your life can be measured in days.
