Yeah, total number of people employed is pretty amazing, and unemployment is the lowest since 1969 (when dinosaurs roamed the earth)... 8)

But, don't look for any radical Democrats to give Trump anything but hatred and scorn for that -- after all, it involves 'icky', unpleasant stuff -- like HAVING TO ACTUALLY WORK! Yuk! It's much more fun to lay around on your ass, turn on your smartphone, log onto your Facebook page, and bitch to everybody you know about how unfair life is to you....

[IMG]. "Why work if Democrats will give you what you want for FREE...?!" :hippie:. :hungry:

What do you folks have against contracted positions? These jobs are usually some of the highest paying jobs in our economy...

Newsflash: I have criticized Trump's spending repeatedly. I am a total Fiscal Conservative. I want cuts across ALL departments by 1% a year for 7 years with even greater cuts in defense. Defense can cut redundant programs, foreign defense and bases, and systems even the military doesn't want, but local congressional members do want. You have not been paying attention to my posts.

More MAGA. The community organizer thought he knew better than the free market, the same as socialists everywhere.

I am reading a very long bio on Obama now.. "Rising Star" written by one of Obama's fellow travelers.. While Obama did possess intelligence.. it was directed in totally useless direction.. One of the things that amazed me was how early (around 1985) he was talking about "fundamental transformation". the other thing is how totally racist he is.. dumped his Asian/Dutch GF because he needed a "black" woman, In fact it was just another pragmatic decision made by the One. He had to learn to be "Black" and he learned how to use it to further his political goals. The other thing is how he surrounded hisself with Commies and the Left leaning academes through out his life. Oh.. and his use of "folks" , I don't use the word anymore so he can have some of my use of the word "folks".

More pragmatism was joining a church, which you kind of had to do on the South Side of Chicago to get anywhere. Of course Barry picks the Rev. Wright's Farrakhan-loving racist church.

Can you be a dear and point to where on the graph trump became the reason for the unemployment rate? It looks like a trend line to me

In Dec 2017 at a news conference, Trump promised that passage of the tax plan "means jobs. Jobs, jobs, jobs."

    https://www.ndtv.com/business/us-ho...ump-says-it-means-jobs-jobs-jobs-jobs-1790372

Question; Does "jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs" mean unemployment rate, unemployment rate, unemployment rate?

    Answer; NOPE

…..."jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs mean how many age 16 years and over are employed, and the more the merrier.

    Agree or disagree?

The UI rate doesn’t represent the amount employed? Strange...

I would argue that it’s a better metric because our population is always growing, so just having more people in the workforce would be normal, if that’s what types of records y’all are hinging on that’s just... sad...

Ok, post your own graph and point to where trump policy had a major impact.

    2. Quote: A record 157,005,000 people were employed in June, the most since February.

There are how many PREVIOUS employment records in this graph?

Nearly 95% of all new jobs during Obama era were part-time, or contract

    https://www.investing.com/news/econ...ing-obama-era-part-time,-contract-work-449057

A new study by economists from Harvard and Princeton indicates that 94% of the 10 million new jobs created during the Obama era were temporary positions.

I just refuted this with the official BLS data lol. Why do you think you can get away with making things up?

Try this. Tell us which line on the graph is higher. Part time or full time?
