And he was questioned about it at his confirmation. Yea a lousy deal all around but he DID serve time and is a registered sex offender under the charges they were able to bring and the plea was put together by the career prosecutors.
Hopefully the NY prosecutor has more evidence to convict on higher charges and back to jail this time forever.

Not a stretch to think the Obama administration took a hands off approach due to the connections with the husband of Obama's Secretary of State and future POTUS candidate Hillary. The Swamp is famous for selective law enforcement.

It would be a stretch to think Acosta was promised his job by trump for helping out his buddy. Nw, trump wouldn't do that. :)

That’s the 24 dollar question that nobody in the MSM wants to ask. Here was a high profile, wealthy perv taking girls across state lines and internationally in a private jet for illicit sex. Where was Obama’s FBI and Justice Department?..........they seemed to have plenty of time to pursue FISA warrants based on unverified ‘dossiers’...........

It's a pitiful thing to watch someone go on and on, when it is so obvious they are fork stuck, done. They're dropping like flies.

As the PROSECUTOR Acosta must have done a lousy job as there seems to be a considerable number 0f women more than willing to tell their abuses at the hands of Epstein. But from what I gather, from these victims, Acosta was indifferent to them in the Florida trial.

    He didn't really serve time.

He basically slept in jail. The rest of the time he spent up to 16 hours a day outside of jail.

He got a conviction when Florida didn't think they could. The conviction predated the considerable number of women telling their story of abuse. Thank Mr Acosta for the environment, through conviction, that gave these women the space and confidence to continue to come forward, subsequently.

Let's not forget as well that just a few years ago Democratic elite Cyrus Vance Jr. sought to undo Mr. Acosta's work by relieving Epstein of his class 3 sex offender status in New York State.

Democrats are all upset nothing was done, but don't seem too curious about 2008-2016.

Right now, it is the Trump administration doing something about it.

I can't wait until Ms. Pelosi's list of "faves" starts getting populated for the rest of us.

Oh and by the way, Bush isn't far removed from Obama and Clinton.

You must think that because he was a "republican" means I'm confused.

Notice you say nothing to the post I replied too!

Of course you didn’t. It destroys your credibility
