I think it signifies that a meaningful number of folks have a meaningful understanding of how bad the establishment is.

I don't think 2016 sent any message to the left other than: the EC college benefits conservatives more than progressives.

I think Trump will win the popular vote in 2020, and that will send a very clear message (that the left are unlikely to admit to receiving).

Yeah, that's how I voted, too.

My deepest 'gut' feeling is that Trump is a relatively temporary phenomenon -- a last gasp retaliation by all of us in the Right-Wing against the mobs of parasites, socialists, and other America-hating internationalists who are in the ascendency now (as we older people are dying off). It is inevitable -- they will definitely outnumber us in the years to come -- AFTER 2024, when Trump's anticipated 2nd term is finished.

Face it (even if, like me, it makes you want to PUKE), we've created at least two generations of Americans who have been carefully dumbed-down all their lives, taught little of any value in public schools, and are hopelessly addicted to the idea that government is what gives them everything of importance in their vapid, empty, useless lives. THEY WILL ALWAYS VOTE FOR LIBERAL DEMOCRATS, BECAUSE DEMOCRATS PROMISE TO GIVE THEM 'FREE STUFF' -- from "cradle-to-grave"....

So, we on the Right may be successful in protecting the country and our Constitution for another few years, but ultimately it's all going to be flushed down the toilet, drowning by then in waves of 'migrants', and then we'll be living in a society very much like that described so masterfully by George Orwell in his horrifying novel, "1984".

With any luck, I'll be dead before the worst of this horrible "new reality" finally sets in. But let's not fool ourselves -- it's coming... and it's less than 10 years away.

Here are the real "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" -- and hell follows with them....

I think we had passed the tipping point before Trump was elected.

I am mostly of your opinion but sometimes I try to imagine a future where the Left is foiled. Here are my thoughts:

    (1) The Left may self-destruct through internecine conflicts. We see this already as your Four Horsemen accuse white Democrats of racism.

    (2) Whites will abandon the Democratic party as the POCs take over and drive them out.

    (3) The Dem POCs will find themselves in disarray due to inexperience, congenital incompetence.

    (4) The POC coalition will disintegrate as one POC faction fights another POC faction of a different race.

    (5) The newly minority whites will be able to capitalize on this discord and retain political control of the nation. The Brits were masters of controlling large countries of POCs by playing one faction off another.

I wish I could see the situation as you do, but I don't, and I've focused on it as tightly and accurately as I know how.

You COULD be right, if it weren't for the fact that the radical, America-hating Democrat Party has become a cornucopia of FREE STUFF in the mind of every underachieving, under-educated, unexperienced, useless slacker and parasite!

How does anyone in the confused, fading Right-Wing compete with a bunch of pandering Democrat politicans promising people with mentalities like THAT everything they want in return for their votes?! We should have made it impossible for anyone to take UNEARNED government welfare and be able to vote during the same year that they collect it, but we DIDN'T. Now we're doomed!

[IMG]. Thanks, FDR, Lyndon Johnson, Barack Obama, and, all the "RINO's" who did NOTHING about it! By the year 2030, we'll be WRECKED....

The mass movement that made the election of DJT possible started years before Trump entered politics. That movement is still gathering momentum.

Indeed. I think Trump was an extreme swing in response to what many was a failed government. And the idea of HRC was more of the same. So now that the pendulum has swung so far out, it will be interesting to see where it will land in 2020.

Solution: Stand for transfer much of the wealth now flowing into the government structure directly into individual vested accounts to meet critical needs of productive private sector workers - voters.

That will easily Trump the trickle that flows down out of massive corrupt government programs.

Has Trump advocated anything that Democrats have not supported within the last 10 years?

I wish I could agree with your solution, but we're too far gone for that now. The Millennials are hitting 40 years old now, and vast numbers of them have nothing but their old bedrooms in Mommy and Daddy's home, a smartphone, and a clot of other bustout 'friends' that they complain to all day long about the stupidities, trivialities, and complaints they have against life.... They will VOTE in 2020, though, and they'll vote for whichever pandering, America-hating Democrat offers them the most 'free stuff' -- period! After the Millennials come the Gen Z'er's, and evidently they've been perverted and manipulated to expect the same things....

It's George Orwell's masterpiece, "1984", coming at us like a derelict-infested, runaway freight train, and our opponents throughout the world are pleasantly surprised!

The four Congress members you show would just be minor players if Trump FanBoys hadn't elevated them to celebrity status by putting them in the news every day. Trump FanBoys gave these women undue importance with their constant attacks. Had Trump FanBoys treated them with the same notoriety that they gave some new white dude in Congress, these women would be just another Congress member.

They are the product of the Justice Democrats casting call for radical democrats to replace current democrats in Congress to push the very far left Justice Democrats agenda. The Justice Democrats are now targeting Democrat primaries to replace current incumbent democrats. This is a huge push to the very far left to change the face of the democratic party to something that would not have been recognizable just a few decades ago.

If you agree with their anti-American and anti-Israel platform then you would be pleased. If you don't, you should be alarmed.

I'm alarmed that Trump and his FanBoys have elevated these people to celebrity status with their constant attacks - thereby putting what should be minor Freshmen in roles far outpacing their political knowledge. Your need to demonize these women have actually given them more political power. Trump and his FanBoys have made this problem much worse than it would have been had you treated these women like normal freshmen politicians. This is your fault.

So evidently you are OK with the Justice Democrats changing the face of the democratic party moving it even further left.

I just said I was alarmed by it - do try and keep up. There wouldn't be such a problem if Trump and his FanBoys hadn't given these women celebrity status through their constant attacks on them.

Still blaming this on Trump even though the media has been fixated on them and promoting them? Tsk tsk.

They are fixated on them because of the Drama Queen Trump's attacks on them. Right wing talking heads have kept them hot in the news and searches. They fueled this circus.

The political class has bought votes with over $200T of promises. Human beings will always choose cash up front over an IOU.
The first politician who figures that out will be positioned to drop kick our corrupt bureaucracy over the rainbow and into Oz where it belongs.

I beg to differ, it is not Trump voters that have elevated this scum, it's the MSM and the DNC offering them up as the new face of the Party. Now the movers and shakers are mildly alarmed but I suspect the toothpaste is out of the tube. We should all watch the 2020 campaigns closely, the outcome in Congress may well show us where we are headed. A bloodless revolution was well underway just beneath the surface and the current political situation has given us a glimpse of what was happening. Can we pull back or is it full steam ahead to Socialist America?

On the nation being White Supremacist:

The nation was founded on White Supremacy. Its heroes are White Supremacists. Blacks remain segregated in the worst parts of town. The schools are as segregated as they have ever been. Trump is in the White House.
    uh
On the Conservative view of Utopias:

The most important difference between Conservatives and Liberals is their views on human nature. Liberals believe man is inherently good and is corrupted by institutions. Conservatives believe that man is inherently flawed and these flaws can be ameliorated through institutions.

Progressives have come up with a novel theory that man is inherently good except for white men who are inherently evil.
