Yes my friends that's the headline of the entire left-wing fake news conglomerate. Labeling trumps remark as racist when he never mentioned race creed or color proves journalism is dead in America. Calling his remark racist is opinion not fact and editorializing not journalism. Stories that follow the inflammatory headline further editorialized instead of report factually.

I won’t say that it is racist outright — has the overtones of such but who can claim to know trumps state of mind — but I do find it interesting that he is telling people to go home that were either born in the US or have resided he longer than his third wife.

that's reasonable cubed but I think Trump meant like I do if you don't like this country go back to you ancestral country, not because I want you to necessarily but because we all know where the best country in the world is and why everyone wants to be here. We are the most giving to those in need, you have more freedom here than anywhere else so it would be nice to here these wacko lefties actually acknowledge these things instead of running us down.

First, I like your quote by Hannah Arendt at the bottom of your posts.

Second, Trump's paternal grandfather immigrated here from Germany. His mother immigrated here from Scotland. Two of his wives immigrated here from former communist countries. So, it begs the question, why is Trump so anti-immigrant politically? The first answer seems to be, he's convinced it can work for him in terms of political gain, by using it to divide people, created widespread fear, & motivate those susceptible to these antics to get out & vote for him. But, it also indicates a racist theme for Trump personally. All the immigrants inside his family & personal life were Caucasian--or "white" skinned. Trump seems uncomfortable with anyone having darker than white skin--which would make him a racist. His public stances supporting white supremacists at various times during his campaign & Presidency, would support the idea that he's a white supremacist as well. For me, this is only one of many aspects of Trump & his supporters I am uncomfortable with.

 

Your refusal to admit it was racist doesn't make his racism disappear. It just shows you are willing to utterly fail at covering for him.
