Trump is correct, we will never be a Socialist Country. And IMO, we will never give people that enter the Country ilkegally, free health care, free housing and free education. Not with our tax dollars and not while we parents are paying for our children's College and heath insurance until He 26 and beyond until they earn enough to afford it or work for a company that provides it.

I think my generation will be the last that can afford to set our children, their wives up for success once we die.

We will be able to leave my so. And his family 3 properties, 3 cars and our life insurance benefits. This is what I consider success.

My son and his wife have their own business.

 

Careful there, don't count your chickens before they hatch. End of life medical expenses can easily eat up your assets. Ask me how I know. If that happens you might be glad for some "socialism", i.e. government benefits coming your way.

Trump did not "bludgeon" them or put his "foot on their necks" to silence them - Trump is not a socialist.
He merely suggested that they go back to Somalia, Puerto Rico etc. and fix things there so that they could come back and show us how to do it.

Never will I support Socialism. And in our lives Medicare and Social security isnt Socialism it is Medicare and Fica that workers and Employers have payed into for years. These monies should have been put in "trust", not spent by the Government on other things. Then we they need the money to pay benefits they in essence borrow it from the Federal Reserve. There is no BIG account holding all the money we and our employees have paid into Medicare and SS Tax.

iMO, the Federal Department of Education should be shut down. I think I had a much better Education than my Sons did after its creation.

We need term limits. Being a Congress "person", isn't suppose to be a career. Members of Congress should only be allowed to serve for 8 years.

And IMO, you should not be able to run for Federal Office until you reach age 35. Hopefully by then these young people brainwashed by their Liberal College Professors will have learned what it takes to pay for housing, food, transportation and the like, without the help of their parents!
